The Space:
Welcome to our charming and beautifully remodeled 912 sq. ft. apartment in a historic and convenient location just 6 miles from downtown Cleveland in the trendy Buckeye-Shaker area. With lots of coffee shops and parks and just a 10-minute walk from Shaker Square, it’s the perfect place to stay if you visit friends or relatives, for work, or just for a fun visit to Cleveland!
As you enter, you’ll find eye-catching woodwork and shiny hardwood floors throughout, built-in shelves, big windows for natural light to come in, and a faux fireplace with a wall-mounted Smart TV above the mantle. There is also plenty of comfy sofa seating to enjoy relaxing downtime at home.
The dining area features a table that comfortably seats six to enjoy sit-down meals at home. It also has a freshly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare those delicious meals! You’ll have a coffee station with a coffee machine, some coffee pods, and an electric hot water kettle. Plus, there is a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!
The apartment accommodates four guests in two stylishly decorated and comfortable bedrooms and one, also freshly remodeled and sleek bathroom!
BEDROOM 1: 1 Double/full bed and a desk/workspace
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed and a Smart TV
Need to work while here? You’re in luck. There is a dedicated workspace in Bedroom 2, or you can work comfortably from your laptop at the dining room table, too, making it convenient for extended stays or remote workers.
You’ll have a large covered front porch with two cushioned rocking chairs to enjoy some time outdoors, maybe with a beverage and a good book. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the basement. (Just note that the basement is a shared space with tenants in other units on the property.)
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and front porch. The basement (where washers and dryers are) is shared with other tenants onsite. The only spaces on the property that guests will not have access to are the driveway and the backyard.
The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood, known for its tree-lined streets and historic charm. Minutes away, you'll find Shaker Square, a bustling hub with gourmet eateries, cozy cafes, unique boutiques, and a retro-style movie theater with art deco interiors. Explore the Cleveland Museum of Art or relax in the scenic Shaker Lakes Park, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Grocery shopping is convenient with Heinen’s nearby, with downtown just a 15-minute drive away,
Getting Around:
The apartment is about 15 miles (24 km) or about a 19-minute drive from the Airport (CLE). Check your mobile map app when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer or rent a car, which is the most convenient. There’s also public transportation, like the local RTA bus. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
There is a local RTA bus line within walking distance of the property as well. In walking distance, you’ll find a few grocery & convenience stores and fast food/diner-type eateries.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children/infants, please note that the home is not child-proofed. There are no child locks, baby gates or other baby-proofing amenities.
- Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
- Please note guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- For stays over 21 nights, there is an additional $49 cleaning fee.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No pets allowed on the property, nor the yard or common areas. Thank you.
- Upon arrival, you’ll find some complimentary essentials to get you started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the bathrooms. We also provide trash bags for each trash bin and laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
- We are not responsible for and will not ship/mail any items left behind at the property, so please be sure to triple-check that you haven't left anything behind!
