This vacation rental has a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing light meals, keeping drinks cold, and brewing up cups of coffee to enjoy out on your furnished balcony. Guests will also have access to shared, on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room.

This oceanfront resort is just five miles from the Daytona International Speedway, home to some of the most popular stock car races in the NASCAR racing series. Visit the Daytona Lagoon water park, a family-friendly park with go-karts, mini-golf, an arcade, laser tag, and a climbing wall, just a mile away. And eleven miles south, discover the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum along with several restaurants, water sports equipment rentals, and deep sea fishing opportunities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great stay

The property was clean and in a great location. Other than a couple of maintenance issues, which didn't affect the stay and were reported to the property manager, everything was wonderful. Beach access was easy, the Oceanview was wonderful. The property was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!

This property was fine, tho definitely dated. The workout space was not worth even mentioning. The pool was nice and parking was good. The fridge doesn’t have a real freezer. Overall the space was fine for our short stay.

Daytona Vacay

The rental was nice and clean for the most part. My complaints: the tv in the bedroom never worked-contacted someone-they said maintenance would come but they never did. Also, the kitchen table leg was broken and just placed holding the table up-we set something on the table and the leg fell out. Again was told maintenance would come but they never did. Our room was next to the ice machine so noisy at times but nothing to do with the room. There was a lady at the parking entrance daily that was a bit of a nuisance; trying to restrict parking one day, another day saying they don’t charge for walking thru etc

Nice little condo

We did like the room and the fact that it had a private balcony. The actual resort was not our favorite place we have stayed though. Most of the people who worked there were not approachable and we didn’t love that we had to use a key to get from the hotel onto the pool deck and then again to get from the pool deck to the beach. We understood having to use the key coming back onto the pool deck from the beach, but having to dig keys out every time you go through a door is a lot. We probably would not stay there again, but it’s not because of the actual resort—not anything about the property owner or the room.

Short Getaway

Very nice place for my husband and I to get away for a few nights. Having a full kitchen was very helpful, the bed was very comfortable, AC worked great. Would stay again.

Very disappointed

Check in was easy. Just go to the room. But I was given the wrong code for the door to get in the room. Then I wasn’t told that we need hard keys to actually get into the Facilities in the main door of the building at night. So he said outside for 40 minutes with groceries until someone came to the door. The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower also in the bedroom drawers and couch. Ever morning we wasn’t able to sleep in because they were doing some type of construction in the room next to us at 730/8 in the morning . Also when I called the company about the issues on sep 30th a cleaner didn’t come out until oct 4th and we had already check out on the 1st. Overall I’m very disappointed and saddened because the room and the view was really nice. I reached out to the company and still no reach back

Super cute and cozy :)

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week! It is set up just like the pictures shown! We absolutely loved how cozy it was. They provide you with pretty much with all the basics! Would definitely stay again!

Overall pretty good stay

We had some issues with the door, it was sticking and you literally had to bust through it to open it. Also the air conditioner made really loud funny noises all night. Other than those small issues it was a great vacation. Just a couple minor issues but we had a great time. Great location close to everything. Condo was clean and perfect size for myself husband and 2 kids

Relaxing Vacation

This condo was absolutely wonderful! I honestly can not say enough good things about it. My boyfriend and I are already planning on going back! We were sent the information to get into our room the morning of so upon arrival everything went super smoothly with no issues getting in. The owner was great! I never personally met Him but he gave us his contact information as well guest services in case of any issues, which thankfully there was none. The condo was very clean and well kept with a great view of the ocean! Anything you would want to do as far as activities and places to eat is super close to the condo. It was very relaxing and a family oriented atmosphere which we loved. We would definitely recommend booking!!

Beachside Oasis

Warm heated pool with wading for small toddlers. Beach access right on the beach. Loved sitting on the small balcony and listening to the waves in the mornings. Kitchen had all amenities. Bathroom well stocked with shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer supplied. This room was also right next to the ice machine. Laundry room on a different floor.

Nice place.

The apartment's location is excellent, and the view is awesome. Only inconvenience the parking issue I had. I barely drove around the city since the condo doesn't have enough parking spots. Also at the time of check-in, I needed a parking permit, and the person who should be there to help was on his way out which mean I was lucky to get the permit(a few min. after 4pm). Two more minutes and my car would be exposed to be towed. Other than that the trip was very good.
