Just a stone's throw from Nelson's Maitai River walkway, the city centre - great dining, shopping, galleries and parks! Close to Nelson's fantastic Mountain-biking and walking/running trails and connection to the regional cycle trails.

’22Collingwood’ offers 3 bedrooms & living all on the same level. Showroom granite topped kitchen with 6-hob gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher & stunning casual dining bar. There is a separate formal dining area, two separate lounge areas, outdoor deck & fully fenced garden yard.

If you are looking for a great family home that puts you within an easy, flat walk of everything. A home where the kids can play outside in safety & home with all the creature comforts, then Collingwood house could be the perfect option for you.

Personal home - This is a personal home made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

Pork products - Due to the owner's religious beliefs, we ask that pork products including bacon & ham are not prepared or consumed inside this home. Please do not book this property if this would be a problem for you.

Spices - Please note there is a faint odour of spice and curry in the kitchen area as this type of food is regularly prepared here.

Great location & Excellent Host

If you want to be on the edge of City Centre, this is your place. Beautiful River Walk and the Dove Cafe are a half a block away…and the River Kitchen café/restaurant is a little farther with great food and outdoor atmosphere…and town is right there. You won’t be short on dishes etc…The house has everything because they live there! It’s nicely decorated with comfortable couches and a huge TV screen for movies. Both the front and the backyard have beautiful gardens…and mountain view’s from both sides. The street is not busy, but it’s not a quiet inner neighbor street either fyi. Most impressive is Jerrod the Holiday Homes host who went way above and beyond when I needed him. There was a mixup about having a dryer on site… So he actually carried one up to the house! ;-D We had amazing conversations too — bonus!
