Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake and a clubhouse with a fitness center and foosball table (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Pool hours are from 8am to 9 pm with 8am to 11am reserved for adults use only. HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. However, there is a large grassy area next to the pool available if your party has more than 8 people. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse.
The garage fits 2 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). 1) The posted rates are for LODGING ONLY for the number of guests indicated on your inquiry with a maximum number of 14 occupants/guests at any time. No weddings, parties, or similar gatherings are allowed to be held in our home or on the premises.
2) We are part of a wonderful community that includes good neighbors and full-time residents. Our community is governed by an HOA, and all HOA rules are provided via the link above and are posted in our home. All guests are required to abide by these rules throughout their entire stay. These rules include customary "quiet hours" from 10:00PM to 8:00AM, and all guests must follow these rules.
