The space
Keep an eye on the waves from the kitchen. A dining area with six chairs is just off the kitchen and has prime viewing of a large flat-screen TV. A half bath is behind the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in a laundry closet. The folding glass doors open up to the giant patio with bbq and 2 firepits.

The second floor is home to all 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning including the master suite with a private balcony and sweeping views of the ocean. The third floor has a pool table and steamroom and glass doors that open up to a giant balcony with a jacuzzi, sun lounger and panoramic views of Newport Beach.

You will have full access to the home including the 2 car garage (3rd car can be parked in front of garage)

- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
