Spacious, light, with touches of elegance and an abundance of comfort make an easy and enjoyable stay in Hobart’s south.
High ceilings throughout, both bedrooms offer a luxurious retreat from a busy day of sightseeing and exploring, and feature Queen beds, built in robes and electric heaters.
The home features a generous sized light-filled lounge room with large windows, leather couches and flat screen TV, and the formal dining space downstairs with a six-seat dining table, is perfect for entertaining in the evenings.
The home also boasts a large modern kitchen that leads to a sunny, fenced courtyard with outdoor setting for a relaxing evening or drinks at sunset.
Enjoy the convenience of a combined bathroom and laundry, as well as two onsite car parks if you decide to hire a rental.
Located in the hub of South Hobart’s café, restaurant and retail precinct, each time you step outside, you enter a community with character and history.

A visit to Cascade Brewery is a must and just 3 minutes by car, or a 25-minute stroll from the home. Near the Brewery you’ll find Cascade Female Factory, a historically significant site to learn more about Tasmania’s female convict history.
The popular Rivulet Track is only a few minutes’ walk, where you can wander through parkland by the water, or visit Fitzroy Gardens, also just minutes from the front door.
Bus stops are just metres from the doorstep, and run regularly to take you into Hobart or the local South Hobart attractions. If you feel like stretching your legs, Hobart’s CBD is just a 25-minute walk.
