The Space:
Streaming with natural light, the home’s floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors offer expansive ocean views that make you feel like you’re floating on the water.

Sitting just atop the sea, relaxation is the only requirement for guests, as the home has taken care of the rest.

Beautifully renovated open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and large island benchtop for culinary entertaining. Electric blinds in the lounge and family room to control the light at any time of day.

For a touch of luxe, the formal dining room features a temperature controlled wine fridge and bottles of wine available for purchase via a QR code system. A spacious family room with table tennis table, perfect for guests to entertain themselves, or use as a study/work space.

Three generous size bedrooms, all with Queen beds, and two spacious bathrooms – one with separate shower, ideal for families with young children.

Outdoors is where the magic happens – by day enjoy the spacious and well-equipped for alfresco dining and tiered garden, and by night, indulge with a crackling fire in the fire pit.

By the water’s edge, sun worshippers can get lost in a good book or glass of wine on the sun lounges. The home has direct foreshore access, and guests can enjoy a swim at nearby Musks Beach, just 4-minutes’ walk.

Getting Around:
It is recommended that guests have their own car to venture to and around Opossum Bay during their stay. Getting to and around Opossum Bay, and nearby towns is made easy on well-maintained roads.

Walking and Cycling: Opossum Bay’s laidback coastal landscape is perfect for getting active on foot or by bike. Enjoy leisurely walks or jogs along the nearby beaches, or discover the scenic coastal trails on foot. Cycling on local roads is also a great way to get to know the area.
