Luxury waterfront home with infinity pool

Views for days and furnished with vacation vibes in mind. Perched above the Derwent River you will enjoy uninterrupted water views in addition to the luxury of an outdoor infinity pool where you can swim laps alongside the property should you wish. Positioned in tranquil Taroona and only 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD it doesn't get much better than this if you are planning to unwind with family or a group of friends.

The Space:
Situated in peaceful Taroona, only 10-15 minutes drive from the CBD and perched on the edge of the Derwent River is this spectacular property featuring strong vacation vibes. Modern and furnished with comfort and leisure in mind, the house has a large outdoor entertainment area and a wonderful pool for lounging or swimming laps in. The pool is generally heated to 28 degrees during the summer months, however this is also influenced by environmental conditions. Please note the pool will not be heated outside of these times but is still available to you should you wish to use it.

On the entry level you will find an open plan dining and lounge area with an adjacent galley kitchen fully set-up for self-catering. The master bedroom is adjacent to the lounge and features an ensuite. The lounge, dining and master bedroom all enjoy sweeping views of the Derwent River and pool area. There is another bedroom and separate bathroom (with bath) on the entry level.

Downstairs is a second lounge area and another bedroom which also enjoys water views. Downstairs also features a separate toilet.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a QB and the 3rd has a DB. We can host a 7th guest on the sofa bed in the second lounge area.

The lower level has direct access onto a large, level grassed area. It should be noted that the property is positioned on a cliff and although it is fully-fenced, the fence is relatively low and young children should be supervised at all times.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
There is a sliding door from the master bedroom directly onto the pool area which would allow guests to bypass the safety fence. For this reason this door has been locked and will not be accessible during your stay. Children must be supervised at all times.

It should be noted that the property is positioned on a cliff and although it is fully-fenced, the fence is low and young children should be supervised at all times.
