This private studio room has been designed to offer all the necessities for a short stay in Canberra. There is plenty of natural light and you have the best aspects of Canberra’s city on your doorstep.
It is a cosy space for anybody needing a temporary ‘snug’ while visiting the city. The studio room on the first floor is accessible by the building’s lift. Please refer to the floor plan on how the studio is configured.
The building is located opposite a light rail stop and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. It is within a ten-minute walk to the heart of the city.
We provide keyless self-check-in for easy arrival and departure. Bedroom: The bed is queen-sized and topped with professionally laundered and pressed linen. It has a smart TV with access to local channels, internet and the usual streaming channels (no subscriptions provided). Bathroom: The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Amenities: The following basic amenities are situated within the room: - mini fridge - microwave – Nespresso machine (some pods provided) – kettle - crockery and cutlery There is no washing machine or stove/oven in the studio. There are plenty of amazing places to eat just a short walk away. If you need a laundromat “N-Less Laundromat” is located downstairs accessible from the outside of the building. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking space for the studio room. Parking is available in the building carpark at the guests' expense at approximately $30 per day, inclusive of in/out privileges. The parking area is wheelchair-accessible, and van parking is also available. The carpark has direct access to the lift to level 1 access to studio. There is also paid street parking with time restrictions on Mort Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's excellent gym, pool, and sauna throughout your stay. They are on the same floor (level 1) and conveniently, located opposite the entry door of the studio. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
Let’s not forget the great Midnight Bar located on the corner of the building for drinks and an awesome selection of tapas styled eats.
This is a self-check-in apartment with a lock box located outside the building. A drawing of location of lockboxes and ease of access will be sent to you. The apartment has electronic door locks (main door and private room) for keyless swipe entry.
You'll be living the high life within an easy walk to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment options. You'll have everything you could possibly need at your doorstep & just in case you don't, you'll find these within a short light rail ride.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
