This charming 3-bedroom and spacious, 2-bathroom holiday house is the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends. Perched on a gentle hillside, the home offers stunning panoramic views from the back deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets over the rolling countryside. The outdoor space is ideal for dining alfresco or simply relaxing as you take in the natural beauty.
Inside, the house has been thoughtfully renovated with a modern, open-plan kitchen and living area, blending style and comfort. The newly upgraded kitchen features sleek countertops, newest appliances, and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. The adjoining lounge area is bright and airy, with large windows that flood the room with natural light. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor make it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The three spacious bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, each offering cosy bedding.
The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is easily accessible from the other two bedrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps 8 guests max)
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x King Bed *splitable into 2 singles for an extra charge of $50 and must be requested upon booking so it can be prearranged.
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed
*There is a fold out couch in the main loungeroom, linen is left at the property for you to make up the bed if required.
