Welcome to the BIG CHILL Bundalong, the ultimate family holiday home.
This luxurious, private oasis oozes Italian flare, comfort and total relaxation all year round.
The large double story home comprises of up to 5 bedrooms, 4 each with their very own ensuite/full bathroom, designed for multiple families or group booking escapes.
(Note: Use of 5th bedroom would require sharing full bathroom with bedroom 2)
With multiple living spaces both internal & external there is plenty of room for all guests to spread their wings & bring along the boat & jet-ski's as well.
There is also your very own private Jet-ski pontoon located 90 meters from the properties rear yard.
One of the property’s highlights as you venture onto the rear deck is the in-ground solar heated pool with sundeck chairs, a huge outdoor entertaining area with full outdoor kitchen, fridge, 10-seater dining setting, lounges, egg chairs and large screen TV.
All surrounded by secure fencing, immaculate gardens and lush green grass.
A rear gate on the backyard border will also give you direct access to the water’s edge less than 90 meters from the home as well as rear parking space for boats and extra vehicles.
For your comfort, the home is equipped with reverse cycle split systems throughout, ceiling fans, roller blinds, quality bed linen, towels and furnishings.
THE INTERNAL SPACE
As soon as you enter the home you are welcomed by a grand stylish entry that leads into the open plan kitchen, lounge & dining, then flowing into the rear yard & outdoor entertainment spaces.
The fully self-contained kitchen is stylish & moody with ample counter space, large commercial gas oven & stove top, dishwasher, microwave, double door fridge & freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine, walk in pantry and supplied with all the cutlery & kitchenware you could only dream off while on holiday.
The island bench hosts 6 stools for additional eating space for larger groups.
The lounge-room is well appointed with a large Italian leather lounge, huge wall mounted smart TV featuring Netflix connectivity, Foxtel as well as a high-quality surround sound system.
The dining room overlooks the open plan living, kitchen, swimming pool and outdoor entertaining spaces.
To accommodate the downstairs common area is also a powder room accessible to all guests.
Upstairs opens into a well laid out space of individual bedrooms, a quite sitting area with balcony plus a very moody lounge-room / 5th Bedroom (with balcony) plus queen size sofa, wardrobe, comfy lounges, large screen smart TV (with Foxtel & Netflix connectivity), black window sheers & dimmable lighting creating a space from everyone else to take some quite time out to watch TV or a movie.
