The house offers 2 full baths and 1/2 bath/pool bath/guest toilet, for whatever reason the system shows 1 bath and 1/2 bath and we cannot change that. The house has no carpets. New outdoor kitchen in the pool area and fire pit at the dock.

In general we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis, but make exemptions. The min. rental time over Christmas and Easter is 14 nights. Please ask and click "contact host" before you create any booking request.
Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests. The house sleeps 6 adults or kids plus 2 babies. You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house.
Please note there is a net basis rate for the house per week for a certain amount of guests according to our price list under "Rates and Availability". There you also see the electric fee the property manager will charge you during check out.
City Codes and Ordinances of the City of Cape Coral requires for short term vacation rentals a minimum stay of 7 days, please ask for exemptions.
Pets: We would like to point out we only can accept dogs, after we will have talked to the owner. We need to know the bread and weight of the dog and the confirmation he or she does not go on furniture. We do not allow any other pets. As long as we will not have confirmed to you in writing anything else, the "no pet policy" of our T&C is still valid. If you bring a pet some you will have increased costs, eg. cleaning and higher security deposit.
Discount* - We offer a discount from a stay from 14 days onwards during low season! The weekly net rental is for 2 guests USD 1000, for each additional guest we add USD 110/week plus tax.
Min.2 weeks stay+seasonal price increase of 20% during Easter/Xmas vacation time - IF you are not sure about those time frames PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY BOOKING as otherwise your down payment will be blocked by HomeAway! We also make sometimes exemptions from the 2 weeks rule, but PLEASE ask BEFORE you create a booking - We usually rent from Saturdays to Saturdays during non Xmas and non_Eastern times. We make exemptions, but will make the decisions from case to case.
There is no camera and no Ring doorbell on the property, you will not be taped anywhere.
Covid-19:
We highly recommend to get travel insurance to cover any health issues.
The house gets cleaned according the CDC guidelines and standards according Covid-19 although it is not required any longer as the house was cleaned according such high standards even before Covid-19. As the house is listed for sale we only rent it on a short-term basis max 3 months out. The house is well-ventilated throughout after guests leave and before new guests get there.
Toilet paper, soap and paper towels are available when you arrive, min. 1 roll in each bath and kitchen. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot provide those items for your entire stay like hotels do.

Dieses meditteran anmutende Ferienhaus hat eine groß Lanai und Pool-Area 3 gemütliche Schlafzimmer 2,5 Bäder, ideal für 2 Familien. Das Haus liegt in schöner ruhiger Westlage in Cape Coral mit einem herrlichen Blick über einen sehr breiten Kanal und auf eine Kanaleinmündung. Pokerfans und Spielfreunde - ob jung oder alt - können es sich im eleganten Game-Room ihrem Hobby nachgehen. Nur wenige Ferienhäuser in Cape Coral sind so gut und umfangreich ausgestattet.
Das Haus verfügt über einen "richtigen" Hot Tub (kein Spa), der unabhängig vom Pool arbeitet. Des Weiteren sind die Rolldown Shutters an der Lanai sehr nützlich, denn somit kann die Terrasse wetterunabhängig genutzt werden, ganz gleich, ob es kühl, regnerisch oder sonnig ist. Von Innen kann man nach daußen schauen, aber nicht umgekehrt.
