Our waterfront oasis in Toukley is the perfect base for exploring the Central Coast. A short drive will take you to nearby beaches where you can soak up the sun, swim, surf, or simply relax on the sand. The Toukley Golf Club is also nearby, offering a chance to hit the greens and play a round with friends.

Transit

The home provides free parking on the premises, as well as additional free street-side parking. For convenience, it’s recommended that guests have their own transport to get around.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

Unauthorised Installations: Any unauthorised installation of items at the property is strictly prohibited and will be subject to penalties.

Cameras: For your safety, there is a security camera facing the front door. Please note, that the camera at the back is non-functioning, and we are in the process of removing it. Guest privacy is our utmost priority, and we take this matter very seriously.
