‘Luxury Beachside Entertainer’ is the perfect Bellarine retreat. It is a beautifully designed and built home with multiple living zones both inside and out, a solar-heated pool, and an undercover alfresco area featuring a BBQ and Pizza Oven. Plenty of parking is available, including access to a double garage. You will love the relaxed, casual vibe and modern style of the home.
The property is also pet friendly, however we do ask you advise us before booking just to make sure all is OK.

The property is well appointed with all the essential amenities including Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Games and all linen and towels provided for each guest. The entire home is heated and cooled via a zoned air conditioning system.
The open-plan living spaces are vast with the main kitchen/living space on the lower level and a separate lounge/rumpus on the upper level.
The gourmet kitchen is an entertainers delight featuring stone benchtops, stainless steel wall oven, built in microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc.
The polished concrete floors on the lower level are stunning and merge seamlessly with the outdoor entertaining spaces, which include an outdoor kitchen and dining area where you can cook on the large BBQ or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Follow the additional seating areas along the backyard which are kept comfortable in the cold by the fireplace or shielded from the sun by large umbrellas.
Onto the secure pool area, with decking and sun lounges surrounding the in-ground solar-heated dip pool.
Off the upstairs lounge, the balcony offers bay glimpses and a private retreat for guests. A second private patio off the master bedroom overlooks the pool area and bay through the trees.
Comprising four bedrooms over two levels, the home is well set up for multiple families to share the home and can be configured to sleep up to 14 guests. Downstairs, you have a guest bedroom with a queen bed serviced by its own bathroom. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a queen bed featuring a walk-in robe and ensuite. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 3 x single beds each, best suited for the kids. These bedrooms are serviced by the main bathroom, which comprises a shower, bath and double vanity with a separate toilet.
The upstairs living room also features Koala Cushy Sofas, which are super comfy. The single-seaters fold out to king-size beds, and the two-seater couch folds out to a double.
With all these features on offer, we would be surprised if you wished to leave the property from check-in to check-out except for necessary shopping essentials.
You will have access to the entire yard, house, and double garage.

We had the best stay at this gorgeous property. We travelled as two families with primary school aged children. The point was perfect for us, plenty of room, spotlessly clean and we loved the pool which although small was lovely and warm. We also enjoyed making a feast with the pizza oven. We would love to return.

• We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
• We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
• Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
• All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
• We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
• Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
• Lost keys and remote controls
• Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
• Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
• Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
• As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
