The space
This condo is located in the Fall Creek Condominiums with steps away from Lake Taneycomo. Close to the Fall Creek Marina. The unit is located on the second floor. It has a keyless entry with a custom code for your stay. Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. The outside lawn offers a great space for kids to run and play while adults can supervise from the patio.

NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by stairs.

Primary Bedroom:
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with access to a full bathroom. Enjoy a queen bedroom with 2 night stands, a dresser, mirror, and a walk in closet. The room is open with vaulted ceilings and great lighting.

Loft Bedroom:
The Loft bedroom is located upstairs, with access to a full bath. It has a queen bed with 2 nightstands, a dresser, mirror, and a closet located in the bathroom. The room also has a ceiling fan.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen with all the kitchen utensils to make a family meal. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, casserole dishes, toaster, etc. The kitchen has all new appliances which include; a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Once dinner is prepared enjoy your delicious meal on the island.

Living Room:
Lay back on the comfy couch and enjoy a movie night or binge watch your favorite show. The TV has a Roku device with a guest mode, which allows you to use your streaming accounts during your stay and automatically logs you out at the end of your stay. The living room features a few board games which includes; Yahtzee, Uno, Jenga, and more!

Coffee Bar:
Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in our coffee bar. Whether you prefer your coffee black or with extra sugar and creamer; our coffee bar offers you the option to have some fun and add some flavored syrup to your drinks. We offer different types of coffee, flavored syrups, sugar, creamer, and even tea!

Guest access
The pool or club house is not available with this condo but Moonshine Beach at the State park is only a mile away. There’s a marina and boat launch on-site less than a minute away that provides rental slips and boat rentals.
