Everything you need!

The space was small but was set up well with what we needed for the 5 nights we stayed. It was nice and close to a couple of beaches and walking distance to restaurants and shops! We would stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

My 10 day vacation

Rental was beautiful! Location was perfect. The beach was a minute or two walk and the pool was even closer. Great shops and local food within walking distance too. I had an amazing stay.

Dawn is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few nights stay. Amazing location and right next to the beach and everything. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Kihei.

This place is newly renovated - stylish and cozy, a small studio perfect for two people. Location is perfect, right across from the beach. Hop, Skip and a Crosswalk to the Beach

This property was only a two minute walk from the beach which was a lifesaver when carrying beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers! The listing was exactly as advertised and was the perfect place to come home to after a long day in the sun!

Perfect condo

This is a great little modern studio for 2 people. Close to beach (across the street), restaurants and easy driving distance to other points of interest. The beach chairs were great to have. We would recommend this complex. Owners were quick with response to questions. It's a quiet location, very secure with security guards patrolling and a nice pool and hot tub steps away.

Great Location! A Perfect Maui Stay

Dawns Place was just right for staying a week in Maui. It was comfy and clean and had all you need. It is a great alternative to staying at an expensive hotel, plus the beaches next door were amazing. We snorkeled across the street and saw turtles then went down to dawns recommended beach in Wailea and what a perfect stay all around! Great food just a walk down the street. Definitely glad we stayed in Kihei. Thanks again!

Absolutely perfect

This condo has it all - great location near the beach (but minimal road noise), very well equipped and newly renovated. It exceeded our expectations. The location is terrific, steps to Kamaole 2 and other necessities like the Cinnamon Roll Place. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
