This Unit was exactly as described. Loved the fact that the BBQ grill was nearby and there was a nice cozy lawn area where we could hang out with our friends who were also staying on property.

Perfect Stay

I traveled to Hawaii for my daughter's wedding. Of the four condos our family rented for this wonderful event, everyone liked this one the best. It is beautifully remodelled, a perfect location and on the ground floor. The owners were very gracious and responsive as I was travelling alone and made my stay comfortable and carefree!

Awesome Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the condo had everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday. we were greeted with a nice welcome gift and had all the basics to start our stay along with a well stocked kitchen. We had problems with the ice maker which was handled very quickly and fixed at the start of our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a great location and well kept, clean place. We will definitely stay there again when we go back .

Tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked, accessible outlets for devices, great communication, great quiet location, so close to the beach! Perfect Maui Vacation

The property was a convenient location to great family beaches. I did not expect stairs with the ground level which was a small concern since my husband is disabled, however, we made it work and we had a great time. There is a bit of an issue with parking, especially in the evenings. Overall, this was a great experience and we would love to return to this exact spot in the future! Thanks for making our Maui vacation a memorable one!

Maui Strong is an understatement! The island needs everyone's aloha. Support local businesses, and book your stay in a condo! This was my second visit since the fires, and the vibe was much lighter this trip. This condo is all about the location. You will want for nothing, as it is well appointed, and totally renovated. The ease of check-in and out is a solid win, and the owners are quick to respond if anything questions come up. Many mahalo's Horan's...another epic trip! Hope to see you again sometime soon.

I’m a repeat guest at this spot! Everything is easy. Location is perfect for the beach, grocery shopping, walking, and chilling. I typically work a lot when I’m there but always manage a night swim or a morning walk to Hawaiian Moons market. The wifi is speedy and the dining room table makes for a perfect desk. The apartment is completely renovated, and well appointed. Many mahalo’s to the Horan’s for signing me up again! ☀️

Excellent!

This place is perfect! The location for us couldn’t be better. I loved being close to the beach, swimming pool and restaurants. We loved the privacy of the unit, away from the larger and busier buildings on the property. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit was so clean, tidy and organized and has everything you could want. The bed was so comfortable! The owner had answered every question I had quickly and went above and beyond in sharing favorite places. We are already talking about going back next year. Sean and Dawn made some amazing upgrades to the property! The owners of this property are friendly and attentive as well as accountable, who genuinely cares for guests. Small gestures like being accessible via text to providing a refund for a small issue, which was appreciated, to letting us know the best places to eat in Kihei :) The location and amenities were perfect for us with the beach across the street, pools (yes, two) on the property, and Ululani’s shave ice down the street! Most importantly, will miss my morning runs along S. Kihei Rd with the beautiful views.

Great condo with all the amenities you need!

This condo was perfect for our visit to Kihei. We LOVE the location and the fact that so many extras (beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler) were provided! It made traveling the literal steps to the beach so easy!!! I also really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner to an issue with the freezer not working when we arrived... They texted us through trouble shooting and just like that we had ice! That icemaker was such a plus for the many beach days. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we're in Maui!

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. Pans to cook, bbq utensils, and all the plates and cutlery. There was even a welcome basket with treats. They also had the beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie boards which my kids enjoyed. It was enough space for myself, my husband and 2 kids. They were fine sleeping on the pull out couch. Never complained. It’s also walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Also a very quick drive to Wailea. We’re very sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Maui in February

Place was identical to listing and more! Great cozy decor, comfortable beds including sofa pull out bed and well stocked with all the essentials. Loved that there were beach towels, boogie boards and chairs available for use. Condo is short less than 5 minute walk across the street to beach with life guard as well as restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Two condo pools to choose from when needing a break from the beach. Only minor complaint is how strict the rules are at the pool and residents feel need to enforce the rules when kids are having innocent fun. There are all sorts of families and children staying here who want to enjoy the pool and unless being rowdy or rude their is a need to be a little more relaxed. Overall great trip!

You don't miss out on this property!!! Owners and property are actually 10 STARS! The owner was able to give us key details regarding BEST OF THE BEST of things to do and over communicated through out the entire process. (Which by the way was superior compared to other property owners) Clean! Clean! New! New! Seriously, everything you needed from two coffee pots, to beach chairs, to salt and pepper was included in this rental. The Washer and Dryer was amazing! No one wants to walk to a laundry room. And, the shower was amazing! Always had hot water which might not be a biggie, but when your a frequent traveler like I am (Work has me all over the country) you appreciate the little things. Don't wait! Rent this place today. I promise you won't regret it! Safe and happy travels! - Couple from Houston, Texas!

LOCATION!

This humble little apartment is located in just the right spot...walking distance to the park, beach, dining and best of all the Hawaiian Moon grocery (local veggies, fruit and a juice bar). The place is appointed with the simplest of everything you might need for your stay. The apartment is located in the building closest to the highway but you rarely hear the street noise. It is super convenient to get in and out, to park, and cross the street to the beach. You won't need anything for a beach day, unless you are looking to surf. Maui Waver Riders is the best spot to rent a surfboard, and they are located just a few minutes north down the highway. The hosts provide towels, sunscreen, chairs, and umbrellas. The bed is super comfy, and the little window unit a/c cools the place nicely. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and they provide a small portable fan just in case. This apartment is ideal for 2. If you are looking for a room with a view, this isn't the spot for you. The lanai faces greenery and is really shaded - not a ton of natural light but it is fairly private, and just the right kind of quiet. Check in +out is a breeze, and we didn't have a question or concern during the 5 days we were there. Follow the "house rules" and you will be good to go! Many Mahalo's Horan's!
