The Space:
As you enter the ground floor of the home, you'll discover two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom, and a handy laundry area. The second bedroom leads out to a private patio and garden, complete with an alfresco dining table for six – perfect for relaxing in a leafy setting. There's also a third bedroom, ideal for kids, with a king single bunk bed. Upstairs, you'll be welcomed by a beautifully renovated, open-plan living area with a coastal contemporary feel. This space includes a comfortable chaise sofa, large smart TV, dining area for six, air conditioning, and a functional kitchen. The master bedroom and main bathroom are also located on this level, along with a quaint balcony to enjoy some fresh air. Perfect for a peaceful beachside getaway in Coolum!

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 (Master): The beautiful spacious master bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed, built-in-wardrobe, an air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan.


Bathroom 1: Spacious and newly renovated bathroom with a large vanity, toilet, and shower.

Open plan living/dining: Comfortable chaise sofa, a large smart TV, and a dining table with seating for six with an air-conditioning unit.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen stocked with an abundance of utensils and an oven, fridge, microwave and coffee machine (no dishwasher).

Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: This coastal chic bedroom features a queen-sized bed, open wardrobe, ceiling fan, and glass sliding doors that lead to the private outdoor patio.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom sleeps 2 and features a king single bunk bed with a wardrobe cupboard and windows that overlook the patio area, please note there is no ceiling fan.

Bathroom: The bathroom downstairs features a shower, bath and vanity, plus a separate toilet which is adjacent to the laundry.

Laundry: Compact and functional, the laundry room is complete with a front loader washing machine and dryer, and a separate toilet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse and private patio area. Please note there is no garage access at this home but there is plenty of free street parking available as well as visitor parking.

The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is located in the beautiful backstreets of Coolum Beach. While the backstreets offer a quieter atmosphere, you'll still be within walking distance of the beach, Coles & Dan Murphys, and other local amenities (4-5 minute stroll if you don't want to bring a car). Whether you choose to sink your toes into the golden sands of Coolum Beach or decide to conquer the infamous Mount Coolum climb, there is so much beauty to be explored. The beachside town of Coolum is located almost halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads and is a lovely location to spend time with family and friends. Fringed by grassy beachfronts, family-friendly parks, and glassy waters, your days in Coolum will be filled with soaking up the great outdoors.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 8-minute walk to Birtwill Street where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound) and Maroochydore (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This townhouse is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
