Cozy and peaceful cottage with 5 acres and hiking trails right on the property, only 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride to Lake Huron. This cottage can be enjoyed all year round, with 3 bedrooms, one updated bathroom, covered BBQ dinette for summer outdoor meals and a beautiful wood fireplace for cozy winter days/nights. Enjoy beautiful outdoor activities with the simpler things in life, the aroma of the cedars and the crackling of the campfire in the property.

The cottage has 3 floors. The main floor has a nice and welcoming living room with 2 futons and a wood fireplace. A beautiful eat-in kitchen with everything you may need including dishwasher. Enjoy cooking and great meals in this big size kitchen. Main floor bathroom and an extra room for the summer that is set up as a second dining area. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with a twin over full bunk bed where 3 people can sleep comfortably. Second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double size bed and a single bed for extra sleep. Third floor has a big bedroom with two single beds and a double bed and a desk area. Guest capacity: 6 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years of age).

Beautiful outdoor surrounding in the property with lots of space for kids to play, enjoy camp fires, tons of trees around. It is just a short bike ride to Lake Huron (3 min). Lifejackets and folding chairs are available as well.

There is a soccer field in the property with 2 soccer nets and a soccer ball. There is a basketball net as well but please note that you will need to bring your own basketball. There are 3 adult bikes and 6 children bikes available and a hand/foot pump if needed for the bikes and the soccer ball. Please note that children helmets will be available but no adult helmets.
