The apartment features two generously sized bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts an A.H. Beard Queen bed with plush carpeting for added comfort. The ensuite bathroom is sleek and contemporary. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a Queen bed, a double bed, and a single bed bunk, comfortably sleeping up to five guests.

The dining area includes an 8-seater high table with luxurious Italian suede stools, allowing you to fully appreciate the ocean views. Two living areas, both facing the sea, provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. Two undercover parking spaces add convenience to your stay.

You have full access to the front and back areas of the property, as well as the car park. Please note that the car park has a height restriction of 1.9 meters. For larger vehicles, there is free unlimited parking available on the street.

The main bedroom features air conditioning, and a portable air conditioner is available for the second bedroom. While there is no built-in air conditioning in the living areas, the apartment benefits from refreshing sea breezes when windows and doors are open.
