Situated at a brand new superior residential apartment block, our accommodation perfectly pairs relaxation and convenience with the beach on our doorstep. The architecturally designed 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with 180 degree ocean views in the heart of Palm Beach is the perfect family getaway.
Wake up with the ocean view followed by your day spent on the beach, pool side or restaurant at your choice from a range of dining options in Palm Beach, Burleigh, Tallebudgera Creek or Coolangatta.
Our BRAND NEW APARTMENT completed in December allows a maximum of 6 guests and features:
• a stylishly furnished Living Room
• a semi-enclosed Balcony facing a spectacular Ocean View
• a well functioning Kitchen & Dining Area
• 3 x Bedroom
• 2 x En- suite Bathrooms
• a fully equipped Laundry Room

As our guests, you may enjoy your leisure with exclusive access to the the Pool on the ground level and bbq area.
For the comfort and benefit of all facility users, we therefore ask all our guests to read through and adhere to the rules as set for and displayed at all facilities in the property.
Facility access is subject to the opening hours but not guaranteed due to maintenance or other issues conducted by the building management.
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 am. Details will be provided once your booking is confirmed. An extra charge will be incurred for any early check-in; please get in touch with the host for details.
KEY LOSS/ KEY ACCESS ASSISTANCE:
Key loss will result in charge of $300. Please always remember to bring the keys with you when leaving the apartment. If you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance, $80 will be charged from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and an additional $120 for any time beyond this period. If the host is unreachable, kindly contact the locksmith for your emergency at your own cost.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:
1. No parties or events: This property is a peaceful retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. Please respect the tranquility of our community and refrain from hosting parties or gatherings that may disturb other guests or neighbors. An unauthorised event or party will result in the instant cancelation of your booking and there will be no refund.
2. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within any common areas of the building.
3. Quiet hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, and refrain from any loud activities or disturbances.
4. Pool area: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following rules in the pool area:
- No glass or alcohol allowed: To prevent accidents and injuries, please refrain from bringing glassware, alcohol, or glass bottles into the pool area. Plastic or non-breakable containers are recommended.
- Children must be supervised: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times while in the pool area.
- Pool hours: The pool area is accessible from 7 am - 10 pm. Please adhere to posted pool hours for your safety and the consideration of other guests.
5. Respect for property and neighbors: Please treat the apartment and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be subject to additional fees. Additionally, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum and observing all community rules and regulations.
6. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the apartment is 6. Please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the number of guests in your party, and refrain from exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. If there are any guests above the amount of the booking there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night.
7. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
