You'll have enough space to share with friends and family while you reside in the North Loop neighborhood that puts you in the middle of everything that Austin has to offer. The Space:
As you enter the property through the orange door, you will find an open living and kitchen area with all the fixings of a home away from home. The large, open kitchen offers all the amenities to cook up a chef inspired meal, and the living area provides ample seating space to gather around and watch a movie (or your favorite TV series) at the end of an adventurous day on the town or a much anticipated UT Football game! Don't forget about the half bath downstairs off the kitchen - perfect for keeping the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms as private spaces.

As you walk upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with a queen bed. Both boast an ensuite bathroom! Take in the privacy of your own space while still sharing with your friends and family for the added closeness! Take in the comfy and luxurious linens for a restful night sleep - you'll need it with all the adventure that awaits in this ideal and central location!

The fun doesn't stop inside. There are two outdoor areas for seating both in the front and the back where you can enjoy your morning coffee or taking in the hustle and bustle of this lively neighborhood.

The North Loop and Hyde Park neighborhoods are known for their quirky shops and wonderful bars/restaurants. Don't forget to visit these amazing spots that are walkable during your stay!

Guest Access:
Portoro uses smart locks. Guests will receive a designated code for their stay 24 hours prior to check in and once the guest agreement is signed and the reservation is fully paid. Guests have access to the entire home and can utilize the 4 parking spots in the driveway but are asked not to block the garage.

Getting Around:
Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ride sharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. Downtown Austin, including the University of Texas is 5 minutes from the home, and the airport is just 15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM - Noise monitors are present to enforce quiet hours. Please take conversations and music indoors at those times.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- Guests must abide by max occupancy at all times per city ordinance.
- Over occupancy will result in additional fines or removal should a guest not comply.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- No open flames or candles in the home or outside of the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping at the property.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.

Interaction with Guests:
We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the house happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check in or check out timing, it is recommended to book the night before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.
