- BEDROOM 1 : Master bedroom with private outlook facing the pool.
King Bed Ensemble, Walk-in Robe, Ensuite bathroom.
- BEDROOM 2 : King Bed Ensemble, In-Built Cupboards.
- BEDROOM 3 : King Bed Ensemble, In-Built Cupboards, Trundle (Single Top bunk, Double Bottom bunk)
- BEDROOM 4 : King Bed Ensemble, In-Built Cupboards, En-suite bathroom
- BEDROOM 5 : 2x Single Bed (turns into king bed)

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners

Courtyard out front of the house thats enclosed and secure for children to play/pet friendly.
Sunroom has bifolds which allows you to enjoy the cool breeze while being comfortable on the lounges.
Pool is fully fenced and has sun lounges for your enjoyment
Daybeds in the courtyard to read or soak up the sun

Internal laundry complete with washer and dryer

PARKING
Store 2 cars in the lock-up carport (no car? There's space to store your surfboards, bikes, and other holiday gear). Parking space for additional vehicles available at street parking.

Guest Access
Guests have private use of the entire house.

IMPORTANT: Other Things to Note
Cool Cabana is NOT a party house. Loud noise at any time is prohibited, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. ONLY guests who have booked and paid to stay at the house are allowed to enter the property unless you seek prior approval. Please get in contact if you have any further questions.
