The Space:
Our 5th-floor condo in the Quinta San Miguel Ocean & Canal is in a prime location on the canal with ocean views from the rooftop pool lounge and just a few minutes walk to the beach! Enjoy the rooftop or ground-level pool, too, with sun lounge chairs for a refreshing pool day. The complex offers lots of green space, shaded dining tables, a palapa-shaded ping pong area, a pickleball court, a modern fitness center, and the canal docks for a stroll along the canal. You’ll literally have all you could possibly need here, plus golf and shopping nearby too!

The condo features an open and luminous living space with a sitting room and plush sofa facing a wall-mounted TV for relaxing moments at home. Sunlight enters beautifully through the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that give access to the wrap-around private terrace with gorgeous views, including an ocean view from some rooms! It’s a wonderful place to be for a Vallarta sunset!

There's a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home including essential extras like a coffee maker to start your mornings and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups. There's a dining table for 6 and 4 cushioned bar stools at the kitchen's breakfast bar area for enjoying meals or to use as a comfortable laptop-friendly workspace!

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find two bedrooms, both with ocean views, access to the terrace, and wall-mounted TVs! One has a queen bed, and the other has a two single beds and the living room sofa opens to a king-sized sofa bed, so the condo can comfortably sleep 6. There are also two full modern bathrooms with stand-in showers and luxurious rainfall showerheads!

You’ll find a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience, WiFi for the remote worker, and a designated parking spot at the complex.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the common areas at the condo complex.

Nuevo Vallarta is a picturesque destination on Mexico’s Pacific coast with pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and a wealth of water sports activities. Dining options abound, offering a taste of Mexican and international cuisine, while vibrant nightlife can be found in nearby Puerto Vallarta. Nature enthusiasts can explore the diverse marine life of Banderas Bay, go whale-watching, or venture into lush tropical forests for hiking and wildlife encounters.

Getting Around:
The Quinta San Miguel Ocean & Canal property is 11.5 km | 7.2 from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

- Travelers must be at least 30 years old to book. Sorry, no students. Families are welcome.
- The resort requires identification for all persons staying in the home at least seven days before arrival.
- All guests must provide the front and back of their ID in order to access the property.
- Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for 500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. There is a per-person charge for additional guests.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. A mandatory weekly cleaning is required for stays of 7 nights or more.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 200 USD penalty and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise, especially between quiet hours of 9 am and 10 pm, to respect the neighboring guests.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach usage. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Pool and common area rules and hours on the complex must be respected.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
*Any issue in complying with the above rules will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon your arrival, the host will greet you, check you in, and give you the keys.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
