We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

A Rare Rental at the Villas on the Ground Floor AND with a Gulf View!

This unit doesn't last long when it has openings! The ground floor has both a parking lot and a hallway access which makes it easy to enter. Most love going straight from the car to the porch and the living room door, rather than down the hallway.

Offering a view South towards the Gulf from both the bedrooms, living room, and the two private porches, you have your choice of where to rest reading that good book that you brought with you. Or, you can simply sit and enjoy the gentle gulf breeze and watch the water. The Villas offer one of the prettiest courtyards on the Coast with a free-form pool, gas grills, gazebo, and lots of area to lounge in the sun or sip an afternoon Southern Sweet Tea!

Inside, cool beach colors welcome you to a comfortable living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms both offer queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa. There master bath is large, with a separate shower and nice soaking tub. The guest bath is a typical shower over tub style. The unit is furnished with all the linens you need and has a washer and dryer. Flat-screen televisions are for your enjoyment and WiFi will help you keep up with friends, if you must be online.

Located within walking distance of restaurants, casinos, museums, the Coliseum, shopping, and--of course--the BEACH, you can keep busy just doing things close by.

Very Nice Stay

We stayed here for an extended weekend for the 4th of July. Fireworks all along the beach were great. The condo is very roomy and was clean. The beach directly across from the condo was not great, but it’s only a 5 minute drive to Biloxi East Central which is the best beach we had found.

Check in took seral hours but that seems to be the fault of Capital resorts who didn't assign us a room but no one on site to help, Phone call messages left and it took 2 hours to finally get a room for 1 night and had to move to another room to finish our week reservation

Baby's first beach trip

This was the perfect wknd getaway with my 2 year old, husband, and parents. This was the baby's first time ar the beach. The condo was very clean. The only complaint is there weren't any restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo but management could improve!

Communication was poor but the condo is nice. The madter bedroom tv volume sporadically goes up and down which was frustrating. Good location!

Biloxi Mini Stay

Last minute mini weekend getaway was great and so glad there was something available. The complex is not new, its an older but nice and clean. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was a short walk from the beach and water. Nearby restaurants and events were going on, so had plenty to choose from. Even though the check-in info had not been e-mailed as instructed and had to call the property management to get check-in info, she was nice and gave me the info over the phone within minutes. If I had to complain about anything it would be that after paying a cleaning fee the contract agreement list several cleaning chores to do before leaving and the cleaning crew to arrive and I feel I should not have had to do that considering the amount of the cleaning fee I paid. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend this rental.

Biloxi by the ocean.

Beach great for walking but ocean a little dirty there probably due to Mississippi River. Pool area was gorgeous and although at first staff knew nothing about my arrival, Cheryl knew who to call to get it done. Everyone very friendly. Would go back for sure. Would give it a 5 for everything but check in but they are working on it.

We had to call for and wait a day for soap, coffee filters, and additional toilet tissue and paper towels. I had to go to a store for soap in the interim. Both the range hood and oven lights were burned out as was the shower light in one bathroom. Other than those things, the condo and pool area were nice.

Anniversary trip

There was black mold on the shower head in the master bedroom and behind the bed and headboard in the spare bedroom. We left a day early because I was getting sick with congestion and headaches. I don’t know if it had to do with the mold conditions or not. We tried to call owner services for the condo and never received a call back. We did call again the day we were leaving and informed them of the conditions of the condo, so unsure if the issues were taken care of.

It was really nice we enjoyed the stay, it just looked like no one had been there in the while like it needed to be dusted and swept but everything else was fine ! Just be prepared to get waken up by the cleaning lady before your checkout time

Summer vacation.

We had an amazing time! This condo was the perfect size for us, we had so much room it never felt crowded. The beach is just across the highway and easy to access. We enjoyed laying by the pool, and being so close to all of the restaurants and shopping. Everything was exactly as pictured. Any question, concern or issue that we had was taken care of so quickly. I've never rented from anyone as kind and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Overall average stay

The condo wasn’t as clean as you would think. Little things like food left in the microwave and mold in the coffee pot. Directions for check in and to the office were a bit confusing but overall it was a good stay. Straight walk across the street to the beach. Pool was nice, although we never got a code to the pool gate. Just a few minor inconveniences. Great location to downtown Biloxi and plenty of things to do with kids of all ages.
