Swim the day away in the refreshing pool or relax on lounge chairs while read your favorite book. When the sun sets you can warm up in the heated spa. Make sure to bring your favorite wine to enjoy while prepping dinner. Dinner can be grilled on the built in natural gas barbecue with bar height seating for ten!. Grab an after dinner cocktail and enjoy some sparkling conversation around the fire table with room for 6. Play a game, watch the sunset and begin planning your next vacation.
Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a large screen smart television in comfort. The dining room features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1, located on the left of the entrance and features a King-sized Bed . The private, en suite bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 2 is the Black and White Room, features a bunk bed (Full bed above and Queen bed below).
Bedroom 3 is the Mush-Room, located next to the hallway bathroom and features a Queen-sized Bed, Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 4 is the Green Room, located next to the mush-room and features, Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
The hallway bathroom is located next to bedroom 2,3 and 4 and features a shower and tub combo and a vanity sink.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property, with the exception of the owners closet near the kitchen and master bedroom closet (protected by locks with keypad) . These closets contain items that our cleaners use to ensure that guests can have a comfortable stay. There is a washer & dryer available for your use.
Other things to note
The pool and spa are turned on remotely. Please notify me through the app at least 60 mins before you wish to use the spa so that I can turn on the jets &/or heat it for you.

- Occupancy Limits are enforced by the city. Maximum overnight guests is 12.
- Minimum age to book is 21. If you do book, your reservation might be cancelled without a refund
- A call from the neighbors to the city will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door
- If you continue to violate rules and regulations, you may be evicted without refunds
- Please refrain from running the AC below 74. In the desert heat we have had our AC break down under the strain multiple times and we would hate for this to happen while you’re staying here. 74 might sound really high but it is still cool enough to be comfortable
- Avoid glassware by the pool area. Non fragile utensils are provided
- No diving, no running around the pool side
- Remember to switch the gas on for the BBQ for use and switch off after
- Remember to switch the gas on and off for Fire pit
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We kindly ask that during this time you refrain from music outside and loud conversations. Our neighbors play a crucial role keeping our area a place to visit, and we request that you refrain from activities that would be disturbing for them
- There is a doorbell camera and a camera mounted outside the garage
- There's a charge of $100/day to heat both the pool & spa
- No smoking inside or outside. Unfortunately the smell of the smoke tends to get inside the house and into the furniture. It costs $1000 to remove the smell of smoke, and we will have to charge guests for that if evidence of smoke is discovered.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 10 AM
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
We have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
HOW IS THE WIFI?
The wifi is blazing fast! The internet speed is at least 300/Mbps, can be used for gaming and streaming. Wifi reaches outdoors.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, Pool heating is available for an additional fee for reservations. If pool heat is desired, the pool & spa can be heated to 82-87 degrees for a fee of $100/night. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temperature stays around 80-90 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time..
Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and the city ordinance. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Please note that quiet time begins after 10PM.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT?
The house has a natural gas BBQ and an outdoor fire pit.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
We have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and rice cooker. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons, and more. The home has a coffee bar as well.
There are bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and liquid body wash from Public Goods. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
You can bring in 12 guests total.

The pool cleaner comes Mondays and Thursdays through the back gate. The landscapers come on Wednesdays. The garbage and recycling are emptied on Mondays.
