Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Perfect!

Of our 7 trips to Breckinridge, this was by far the best! The location of this condo to the lift was perfect. Ski in/ski out with the locker room at the base of the lift made it so easy to ski. It was nice to get on a quiet lift to start the day. The condo was so, so nice! Big and beautiful with great bathrooms and kitchen/dining area. Loved the fireplace in the roomy living room. Bedroom situation was nice.This condo overlooked the pool and hot tub area, which was never too crowded (first week in April). We all loved the hot tubs and heated pool, and we used them daily. We could also easily walk to town. It was great to have 2 parking spaces in the garage. A 3rd spot at the ice area, was provided at a cost. There is a shuttle to get there. I will definitely try to get this condo on our next trip!!! (One warning: the separate hot water dispenser in the kitchen sink is HOT! Caused a burn. Maybe needs a warning sign, especially if kids are around)

Great vacation

Wonderful stay, the condo was even more spacious than expected. Clean, beautiful view, so convenient to the snowflake lift, the kids loved the pool, dvds and cocoa in the lobby, beds were comfy, loved that there was laundry in the unit! Lots of board games, kitchen fully stocked with cooking and plates etc. Loved the free shuttle into town and back. Overall a wonderful vacation for our 2 families!

Our family had a great time here. The spacious living / dining / kitchen area was excellent. The convenience to the Snowflake lift and trail made getting in and out easy, and having a rental shop in the building was a bonus. The unit was clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Maintenance service when we had a sink drain plugged was immediate. My only suggestion would be to clarify the listing, it's really a 3 bedroom. The 4th bedroom is tiny with one bed. Everything else was awesome.

Amazing ski in ski out condo

This was our second year staying at this condo and it was just as amazing the second time. The condo is HUGE! Two wonderful master sweets, a 3rd bedroom with two bunks was perfect for the teenagers and the den/4th bedroom was perfect for the two youngest kids in our group. It truly is ski in ski out. If you rent from charter sports downstairs you they put out your skis every morning and you leave them there every afternoon. The snowflake lift is approx 20 steps away. Everything is hassle free. The walk to town is just down the hill for dinner or shopping. I love love love this condo !

Good spot…a couple of things to prepare for though

Overall a good spot. A couple of things to consider/ look out for: 1- pictures are better than actual unit (unit is fairly dark/ poor lighting ) 2- place (unit and building) is nice but becoming a little dated 3- listed as 4 bedrooms although one of the bedrooms is basically a closet with a day bed (not really big enough for a full grown adult ) 4- unit comes with 2 parking spaces but one of the spaces is so small you can’t park an suv in. Again, for the price and location, it’s a good property.

Great stay!

Overall this place was a winner and we’d definitely stay here again! We had 2 sets of families, total of 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 7-8). The place is much larger than the pics show! The extra den made for a great ski clothing area! The ski lockers downstairs and the snowflake lift right outside was very convenient! Staff and shuttle service at BlueSky was amazing! Pool and hot tubs were clean & huge, also had pool towels! Plenty of cookware/kitchen equipment for thanksgiving! Minor cons (would not keep us away just noted): patio heater not accessible (remote was in locked closet); no magnifying mirror in 2nd primary bath; disposal/sink outdated; DW not secure; one couch not comfy; elevators to ski in/out were disjointed. Both families thoroughly enjoyed our time in 505 at BlueSky!!
