This ad is for 4 to 7 night rentals beginning on a weekend. The best nightly rate is if you book for 7 nights. Williamsburg is ideal for a family vacation as there is so much to do in the area.

The space
I am an owner of several weeks at Plantation. Therefore, I can offer you reduced prices. The ad is for 2 bedrooms, but I also have 4 bedroom properties. Other than the fee, the only other mandatory fee is a $30 resort fee per week for In Unit WIFI, printing and fax, fitness center, DVD and books rentals.

The units are equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a cozy fireplace, and a private patio or balcony. All homes at this resort are professionally decorated and nicely equipped with everything you’ll need including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc.

The units will each have the following:
Master bedroom can have a king bed or 2 twin beds. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a pullout sofa bed in the living room.

Guest access
There is a club house and guests can use the indoor and outdoor pools and gym for free. There are tennis courts with basketball hoops too.

Other things to note
Minimum age is 21 to check in. A credit card is needed for a security deposit.

Great!

This was a great resort to stay at! The two bathrooms are spacious (and big enough for a pack n play) and the area is great. Activities for kids and space to play. Andy/Ashley were easy to work with. It was an easy experience and great location.

Great Place To Stay

Great place to stay if you're traveling to Williamsburg. The location is prime and close to a lot of great places to eat and visit. Yorktown, Jamestown, and the beach are all close. The property is well maintained and the club and pool are top notch. If I was traveling back to Williamsburg I'd stay here again.

Was not aware this was a time share and would be pressure to attend a sales pitch. We did not go but it made check in very uncomfortable.. owner also asked us to add someone else to our trip so they could stay the rest of the week. Which we did., they said they would refund us some money if we did this. That did not happen.

Williamsburg stay

Property was nice and well equipped. Did have maintenance issues. First was broken toilet seat which was quickly fixed while we were out. Second was leak from upstairs unit bathroom into both main and master bathroom. Reported several times. Offered us another unit but we did not want the trouble of moving. Assume they will fix now that units are empty.
