Newly constructed with superior amenities that include an indoor heated salt water pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, theater with a 70” flat screen TV, dual see through fireplace in the master, spacious baths, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops all within convenient access to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. This spacious home sleeps up to 12 guests. With 3 levels to spread out in you will enjoy the beautiful décor. The kitchen is not only fully equipped but has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master suite is located on the main level and awaits you with a full bath, a private potty, a bedside jacuzzi with a see-through fireplace and a flat screen TV/DVD. The upper level has 2 king size bedrooms with a flat screen TV/DVD and in-suite bathrooms. The loft overlooking the great room has a pool table and games to keep you entertained for hours. There is a pool table, air hockey table and multi-cade. The lower level has a bedroom with a king bed, a flat screen TV/DVD and a full in-suite bathroom. The theater is also located on the lower level and sports a 70” flat screen TV and DVD player. Don’t forget about the indoor heated salt water pool (Temperature set at 79 Degrees). There are spacious decks to enjoy grilling out, a soak in the hot tub and some quiet time in the sauna. You will not be disappointed with this 4 bedroom 5 ½ bath luxury home.

Husband's birthday getaway
The property was amazing. We enjoyed all of the amenities and everything the house had to offer. We would definitely book again. Only issue was the downstairs being extremely hot.

Great weekend
House was a bit bigger than expected. We loved how spotless everything was the all the amenities the property had. Kids loved the house and the wife and I loved it as well. Very peaceful! Had a slight issue with the pool temperature but Maintenance came out the next day and fixed it no problem. Will be back for sure

Family/friend vacation
It was a great place to stay. There was some stuff that needs fixing before it becomes a problem but all in all it was a fantastic place. I would recommend them putting a dish drainer and a sink plug for the kitchen because we ended up having to hand wash dishes the dishwasher didn’t seem to be washing that great and it took it all night long to wash one load. So if you have a big family you have to hand wash because the dishwasher is also too slow. The location is about 8 miles from all attractions takes about half an hour to get there but it’s worth every minute of it. Thank you for having us and we would definitely return.

What an awesome experience from check in to check out. We loved Wet n Wild and all the amenities. We had a variety of age groups and it accommodated everyone. Plenty of room for 10 people and everyone could have individual space or be all together. Strongly recommend.

3 retired couples get together, and the cabin was perfect for each couple had their own king bedroom with their own private bathroom. Plenty of room for all in all common areas. We already booked again for next year!

We left the property not a couple of times to get something to eat and explore a little. The rental had everything we needed to have a great time. It was the perfect space to just hang out and have so much fun together! We all had a fantastic time and would absolutely go back again. We are already talking about next year’s trip.

Mossburg stay
We were never sent a code, we waited nearly 2 hrs for someone to get back to us. As our mom was on oxygen and driving 8 hrs in 90+ heat. We had to sit in our cars outside til finally someone answered to the phone and sent us a code to enter the house. Then we were told 2 parking spots and 3 on the street. We had to deal with neighbors 2&3 doors down shouting at us because we had 4 vehicles and we were parked where we were suppose to be and they wanted to park closer. They wanted us to take other spots. To the point of vulgar letters left on our cars and then they just parked on the corner in the middle of the street. Blocking the road. We tried calling about the swimming pool indoor was so cold we could not use it. Wanted them to come adjust the temp, nobody showed up. A-lot of money was spent along with a lot of harassment and disrespect from the “door code” company. For 27 yrs we have been coming to Gatlinburg. This was the worse stay ever.

TERRIBLE
This was the WORST vacation. I booked a 4 bedroom house for a family vacation only to find out the 4th bedroom was on the lower level in the same room with the pool which is behind a door that must be kept locked and alarm on at all times for pool safety. This kept me isolated from the rest of the family and the smell of chlorine from the pool was so overwhelming that after 20 mins I felt lightheaded and had a headache. I eventually packed my stuff and slept on the living room sofa for my entire 3 night stay. The house was not properly cleaned, the dining room table was sticky, the refrigerator was dirty (looked like chocolate ice-cream), there was hair in the master shower and the toilet was clogged. The nightstands dusty and when I wiped the stair rails the cloth was dark brown. The throw pillows in the beds was also disgusting. We vacation alot and I clean wherever we go due to the allergies my daughter has but this was by far the worst.

The house is beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable. A few issues: we discovered the hot tub had no water in it so we called. They came out very quickly and the man who did was incredibly nice. We also were mid cook out with dinner and we ran out of propane. We had to finish in the oven. Other than salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap and a very small package of laundry detergent, nothing else was supplied. It would have been nice to have small "welcome" basket or something. The instructions for the free tickets to different attractions wasn't very clear either. I wasn't able to use the benefit of that for what we did. Overall, it was a nice stay but I don't know that I would book the same place.

Girls trip!!!
Our stay at this property was AMAZING!!! Great communication from the property owner prior to arrival which allowed us to plan accordingly. Very clean, no creatures, lol. The beds were very comfy. The only thing I would suggest are cushions for the rocking chairs. This is an amazing property and I would recommend to anyone!!!

This unit was well equipped for our bunch. The pool, hot tub, movie room, and game room definitely kept everyone entertained! We grilled and did some light cooking, and had what we needed for that. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows need replacing. I would recommend bringing your own! We had an issue with the a/c not working properly. It never did get fixed during our 4 day stay. Luckily, they brought in 2 portable cooling systems and the weather was not extremely hot yet, so we managed. With the price we paid for our unit, I don’t think we should’ve had to “manage” though. Overall, the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!!
