Your Oregon coast dream awaits you at this fun, bohemian-inspired, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 4. This cute oceanfront home boasts an outdoor deck, a wall of windows facing the Pacific, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace - all features creating the perfect ambiance for entertaining friends and family. This casual space promotes conversation, reading, and listening to music or playing games, and it welcomes you to sit back, put your feet up and not worry about a thing! Enter into the house and look straight out at the ocean from the open living room, dining room and kitchen. From the dining table you can enjoy the ocean views while eating, sipping, chatting, or playing a board game. One bedroom and bathroom is located on the main floor for easy access. On the second floor, there is the perfect space for spending some indoor leisure time with a full-size pool table. Chalk up your pool cue and get ready to play some billiards! There are two more bedrooms and a shared bath tucked away on the second floor.

Take the path down to the beach and enjoy miles of sandy shoreline. Choose to boogie board, search for shells, fly a kite, take a jog, build a sandcastle, or just take a casual stroll along the edge of the waves as you wile away your day at the beach. Whether you are here to explore the central Oregon coast or simply to sit and be awed by the sea, you are ensured a relaxing, refreshing retreat, Boho-style!

Sleeps 4: 3 Queens; 2 Baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed)
Winter: 2 night minimum Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. Yachats Beach House

This home was so comfortable, and the location was amazing! The views overlooking the ocean and terrace were beautiful. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting their own private little house on the beach. The bathrooms are small and could use a little more storage, (shelves maybe?), but our bed was as comfortable as our bed at home, which is saying alot. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location, location!

My first impression was resentment that it is so expensive and the check in time is 5 PM!!!! too late. There was only one small garbage bag for one small can in the kitchen, and there was still dirt, chips and an empty plastic bag on the floor when we arrived. However, the house was nice, the view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, everything else was clean. BBQ worked. Hoses on front and back of house. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Oh, pool table and kites, very fun.

The house and the location are amazing. This is our third This was our third year booking the property. Having said this, The house is starting to show wear. Floors are swelling in some places. The down stairs shower door leaks like crazy and you will have water rot damage within a year., And, And, And The owner its getting greedy. We are now paying twice as .much for the booking as we did four years ago. I seriously doubt that the owners mortgage ( if he has one ) has doubled. So why is he and the booking agency sticking it to customers ? I honest to God love the place, but we will look for better value elsewhere

Oceanfront Heaven

Great oceanfront home with spectacular views, easy access to the beach plus a bonus whale sighting every evening! House is well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs. A lovely place for a family or friends getaway.

Beautiful Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view but tricky beach access. We used a walking stick to safely get down the slippery path. Our stay was quiet and peaceful but the location is more “neighborhoody” than we expected. The home has a cabin vibe and is cozy.

Lovely beach house

We had a great Thanksgiving at Boho shores. House was immaculate. View was absolutely beautiful. Make sure to take your own condiments, as there aren’t any. There is salt and pepper. Towel exchange wasn’t fulfilled, so make sure to communicate with the property manager if you need additional bath towels. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Beach house stay

Staying at the coast with my wife is always a great experience. Unfortunately this property wasn’t as great as advertised. Downstairs floor, kitchen table, and counter where all dirty when we showed up. I spent the next day cleaning and washing. Property is old and out dated. Shower heads are low and showers small. Dinning room heater leaking oil on the floor. Broken coffee pot. Pool table was out of level and balls roll after stopping the way they came from. Couches where dirty and spotted. Flooring old dirty. Great location. Unfortunately over priced and under taken care of. Unfortunately one of the worst properties we have rented in our 30 years of vacation rentals.

Perfect beachfront home

This house was exactly what we wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary weekend. The main living space has a fabulous view of the ocean. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I can’t really say we had any complaints! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware but you will have to bring your own cooking basics (there’s just salt and pepper)—which we did anyway. It was great for our dog too—they even have dog bowls and blankets. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It’s location is very private, and the beach views were amazing. Beach access was very easy and literally right beside the house. It’s very dog and family friendly. We found a dog bed, food and water bowls, poop sacks, and even treats for our dog. There’s a pool table, kites, sand toys, and lots of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. The house was very clean, and all the beds were very comfortable. We called the property manager for two very minor things and they were taken care of promptly. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great trip at this home! The location is right off of 101, but tucked away right against the beach. Our kids also loved the option of having the upstairs area. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Everything we wanted in a coast trip

Perfect ocean getaway

This was a perfect place to start our ocean retreat. We went clamming, riding our bikes on the beach while exercising our dogs. Located between Waldport & Yachats so we had lots to explore.

Property was beautiful and private. Outstanding views of sunsets. Beach access might be a challenge for older or disabled folks. House cleaning not great though. Oven very dirty. Old water left in coffee pot. Strong odor if heater on above 70 degrees. Think there might be lint in baseboards. Floor not real clean also. But overall very enjoyable.

From the moment we walked through the front door of Boho Shores, we were thrilled with the unbelievable view of the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean! Our family enjoyed the homey atmosphere of the house and loved the ambiance of the fireplace. The kitchen was “user” friendly. Beach was easily accessible. Loved our stay!!

better than hoped for!

When we walked in and looked out at the fantastic view, I knew we would be happy with this home! It's quaint and comfortable. I was a little worried that it would feel crowded with our group of 5 adults, but the space was really great! Loved the pool table option, as it was very stormy when we were there. The kitchen is well appointed. Beach access right beside the house. The communication with property managers and ease of check-in and check-out were the best we've seen. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Birthday Beach Getaway

Spent 2 nights for a quiet birthday beach getaway celebration with husband and our furbabies. Perfect location to spend the weekend just huddleed in and enjoy the oceanfront view from the comforts of indoor. Kitchen is stocked except during our stay the dishwasher was not working and they did notify us. They did provide dishwashing materials. Adding this to our favorite beach getaway in central oregon coast.

Location, Location!

We were a party of 3 who enjoyed the long walks on the beach, cooking, sunsets and drivable to grocery stores and shopping. Yachats is a very small town with limited shopping but we used this property to relax and enjoy. For cooks like we are, the pans certainly can be updated and cocktail essentials would be nice to have on hand as well. The house was clean and the beds comfortable.

perfect week on the coast

This is the best cabin we've rented on the coast out of a dozen over the years. Super well equipped, perfectly clean, well-stocked kitchen, superb location. All-round amazing week on the coast.
