Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, dressing table, fireplace, antique mirror, large closet, elegant decor. Features a custom-built Murphy bed, allows the room to transform into additional bedroom
Bedroom 2 – King bed, ensuite bath, side tables with lamps, writing desk, colorful artwork.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, reading lamps, writing table, closet, and unique decor.

Living Room – Charming bay window, period fireplace, four upholstered chairs, flat-screen TV.
Kitchen – Fully stocked with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine,
Dining Area – Spacious dining table with seating for six, open to living room.

Guest Access:
- Landscaped parking for 1 vehicle.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It's the real deal!

Offsite Resort Amenities:
- Access to The Wonderer, an exclusive adult-only resort in downtown Charleston 2.6 miles from Saint Philip Square (guests 25+ only; no one under 21 permitted at the pool).
- Olympic-sized heated pool (cabana rentals available).
- Gym and fitness classes (additional charges apply).
- Onsite bars, restaurant, and workspaces.

House Rules:
- No parties or events without written approval
- No amplified music.
- No smoking inside.
- Pets allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee)
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
