PROPERTY FEATURES:

-Located at the top of a mountain in Wears Valley, between Townsend and Pigeon Forge, Miles in the Sky is a luxury cabin featuring 3 stories of gorgeous panoramic views of the Smokey Mountains. Our cabin features the best views in the resort and some of the best views of the majestic Cove Mountain in the area.

-Pool access (Normally open Apr-Oct)! The resort pool and hot tub are literally 2 min from the cabin. The pool is perched right on the mountainside giving you more amazing views while you swim. Guests also have access to the resort gym and sauna.

-Each floor has a cozy and comfortable living area, a bedroom complete with a log bed and warm décor, and a deck that gives you the best scenery in The Smokies!

- All beds were designed with your comfort in mind and feature gel-infused memory foam mattresses, feather down pillows, and cozy linens sure to result in a restoring night of sleep.

- After a long day at Dollywood or hiking one of the many nearby GSMNP trails, soak in the hot tub on the top deck.

- The kitchen is fully-stocked and features everything you'll need to cook a full meal.

-Enjoy additional seating just outside the living/dining room on the outdoor dining set.

-You'll find a playpen and sound machine in the Master Suite, and all rooms have a box fan (great white noise!) for a great night of sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-Our cabin is located at the top of a mountain (about a 3 mi drive up). You will drive along the mountainside, and the roads are winding and can be steep at some points, so just be cautious and drive slowly. You will need 4x4 or chains (chains are recommended) in snowy or icy conditions. No refunds are given for weather, so please check the forecast before you travel.

-Bears are present in the resort and do frequent the area.

-In order to keep our pricing reasonable we do not provide service during your stay unless it is an emergency (i.e. water/plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues). We will address any non-emergency issues upon check-out.

-Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $150 and be asked to leave.

-Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages. No smoking or vaping allowed in the cabin, on the decks, or in the driveway. Let's respect the forest.

-The 4th bedroom is the loft. It's best for kids since it can only be accessed by a ladder outside the master.

-The income from bookings helps support our family and a portion of all bookings are donated to our local church here in Texas.
