This spacious home accommodating up to 8 people offering the perfect for resort style living with its 2 enclosed courtyards, fireplace, built in grill, lush landscape and much more. Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor ambiance this space had to offer with the folding door windows just off of the great room.
Fabulous resort style pool (can be heated for a fee) located in the back of home with access through the gated area just off of the courtyard.

Great place, the pictures don't do it justice

This is a really nice and spacious property - the pictures just don't do it justice. The courtyard is a great place to hang out, take your meals, or just read a book.The host, Patrick, was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly every time. Would like to stay here again sometime soon.

Waste Management Phoenix Open

My wife, daughter and old family friends (7 people) spent 6 wonderful days in Scottsdale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament. The house was perfect for our trip. The accommodations were outstanding and the location was perfect for us traveling to and from the WM golf event! The communication with the host and his assistant was easy and always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely home.

A nice home away from home-

Lovely home with lots of amenities!! Local manager is available and a great help if you have questions. Close to many great restaurants, good shopping, and fitness facilities. Neighborhood is terrific and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Renter beware !!

Although the house is beautiful, the renter experience was TERRIBLE!! We were charged an extra person fee although we had less people than the listing advertised. Overall cost was more than double the advertised nightly rate with high unexplained host fees! Check-in was difficult - need a specific app and have to wait on a link sent to 1 phone to get access to front door dead bolt, and that phone was required to open the door each time, which is inconvenient for a group. Upon arrival the spa was freezing even though the listing said it was heated. Told we had to turn on the spa to get heat, so we were unable to use our first night. THEN, tried to charge us TWICE for pool heat - Upon arrival, told to Zelle payment for pool heat (at higher rate) even though we had paid for pool heat when booked. Very few instructions on using the house provided. Lots of cameras. We reported finding a loose piece at the large pool umbrella and owner was rude, accused us of having broken it even though we hadn’t used umbrellas or pool yet. Owner made a claim against insurance we purchased and got a lot of money even though it was broken upon our arrival. Also issues with clogged toilets and slow draining tubs. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the listing checkout was 11am, but next renter showed up @ 10am, overlapping our reservation-which was UNPLEASANT experience-we quickly packed and left. Owner said he sent a checkin letter that said 10am checkout so we should have been out. AND IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED.

Excellent Christmas Vacation Home

The stay was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, gorgeously decorated, cozy, and included a beautiful 12 ft Christmas tree in the family room. We had our family of six staying together and everyone had room to stay comfortably.

Beyond exceptional

I don’t think I can adequately describe how incredible this house is, but I will try. The location is great - close to shopping, hiking, the airport, golf and super quiet. The ground are huge, immaculately taken care of and offers space and privacy. The outside isn’t the only beautiful area - the inside of the home is gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated, great layout offering multiple entries to the courtyard and extremely comfortable. We spent the Thanksgiving week there and it’s typically challenging to cook a full family holiday meal in a rental. Not here! I have never been in a vrbo that had a kitchen that was so well stocked. We had absolutely everything we could have needed, and more. If you are looking at this vrbo, stop your search and reserve this one. You’ll love it!

Awesome House and Host

We had a mini-reunion with 4 couples. The house was perfect and did not disappoint. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. The host, Patrick, and the property manager, Molly, were great and quickly responded to any questions prior to and during our stay. We needed a house that was completely scent-free, due to allergies, and Patrick went above and beyond to make sure the house was scent-free. We will be back!!

I must say this home exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a truly memorable experience. This house, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, proved to be a serene oasis that provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We were all immediately struck by stylish decor. The interior design showcased a Southwestern charm, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and luxurious. Every room was thoughtfully appointed, with comfortable furniture, high-quality linens, and an abundance of natural light that added a great touch. One of the highlights of this home was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The backyard was a true haven, featuring a sparkling pool surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers. It provided the ideal spot for soaking up the Arizona sun or unwinding with a book. Additionally, the well-maintained garden boasted a variety of desert plants, creating a visually stunning backdrop for enjoying al fresco meals or gathering around the fire pit under the starlit sky. The amenities provided were exceptional and I cannot praise Patrick enough for his attentiveness and hospitality! We'll be back!

Perfect Girls Weekend

This property was amazing. It was the perfect location for our girls weekend. Patrick was a fabulous host. He really helped us have the best time.
