THE APARTMENT
- A beautiful living room with balcony access, a sofa, and a curved smart TV, as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people.
- A large open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances and furniture.
- A first bedroom with a king-size bed, storage, and access to the full-length balcony.
- A second bedroom with two single beds and storage.

On the other side of the apartment, an additional sleeping area includes:
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm).
- A large shower room with double sinks and toilet.

Once you step out of your building, located on Rue Molière, within less than a few minutes you will be able to:

- Reach the steps of the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Take a train ride along the coastal Riviera and discover the spectacular landscape.
- Explore the medieval district of Le Suquet.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are bus stops at the foot of the apartment building.
The train station is 4 minutes away on foot.

Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a public parking not even 1 minute away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
