AUFREGENDE NACHRICHTEN, DURCH DIE BELIEBTE NACHFRAGE WIRD DIE CASA DEL MAR 2 IM JULI 2018 BITTE UM EIGENTUMSREFERENZEN BESUCHEN 8426513 Dieses Strandhaus in erster Meereslinie befindet sich in Butibamba, La Cala de Mijas.
Vier Doppelzimmer, Südlage mit fantastischem Meerblick. In diesem Strandhaus können bis zu 8 Personen untergebracht werden. Es gibt eine geräumige Lounge mit TV / DVD und kostenlosem WIFI. Die Küche verfügt über eine komplette Kochgelegenheit sowie eine Mikrowelle. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und liefert warme und kalte Luft. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Sonnenterrasse, auf der Sie im Freien mit Blick auf das Meer speisen können.
Die hintere Terrasse bietet eine Waschmaschine und zwei 150-Liter-Wassertanks, die ausreichend Wasser für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse gewährleisten. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem Sie sich entspannen, ein Buch lesen oder einfach die vorbeifahrenden Boote beobachten können. Das Haus verfügt über einen gut bestückten Wäscheschrank und ausreichend Strandtücher.
Sollten Sie während Ihres Urlaubs ein sauberes Haus benötigen, kann dies arrangiert werden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von den örtlichen Bars / Tapas und dem Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Die Stadt La Cala mit ihren zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants, Banken und Geschäften liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Mittwochs / samstags gibt es einen Markt, auf dem Sie regionale Produkte und viele Kleidungsstücke / Hausaccessoires kaufen können.
Alle 15 Minuten verkehrt ein Bus, der Sie nach Fuengirola oder Marbella bringt.

Great holiday

We have been to la Cala many times and stayed in many different types of accommodation I would say Casa Del Mar is probably one of the best for value for money and incredibly clean accommodation. I think it is best suited For 4-6 people.

A 5 star stay in a wonderfully appointed property

We really couldn’t have asked for more, we were a family group of 8 ranging from 9 years through to 84 years old! The property and location are the best we have ever stayed in, there was nothing that wasn’t there on hand in the house and the location was right on the beach, can’t wait to return. The communication from Ian the owner was first class and Diana who meet us on our arrival couldn’t do enough to help us. Magical break would recommend highly!

Perfect Beach Vacation House

Our family of 6 loved this beautiful beach house. Steps from the beach and a great location to walk to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, nice towels and all of the amenities you need. Bruno was wonderful to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t want to leave.

Lovely Beach house with great views, it’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and those calming waves lapping the shore. Only a short walk to the town centre with bars,cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Our stay was only a 5 day golf holiday but we all agreed we wanted to stay longer. Would highly recommend this Beach house for families or groups of friends.

Short break away

Had a 5 night break away with 5 friends. Property size was perfect/clean/modern along with the location where we were minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants and 10 metres from the beach which was great. Ian was a great host and very attentive. We normally stay around La Cala de Mijas and this was a great choice of property and will hopefully be back soon

Excellent property, superb location

The host was extremely helpful and available if we needed him. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and plentiful towels. Games, information sheets, books, tv, air con / heating (we stayed in December) if required. Would highly recommend!

Any one looking at this beach house for a holiday I would strongly recommend it , the house is impressive and very well equipped and immaculately clean and being only 20 yards from the beach and ocean from which the outdoor terrace overlooks. Bruce the host welcomed our family with a glass of fizz and the basics to start your holiday off with which was a lovely gesture the house was very comfortable and spacious as we were a family of 8 adults

Fantastic Holiday

Great house in an idyllic location right by the beach. The property had everything we needed for a relaxed holiday. We had no problems finding parking nearby. We enjoyed some beach days but also found plenty to do and see on our ten day stay, including trips to Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola Bioparc, Ronda and Gibraltar. We would happily come back again! Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Fabulous property in a Fabulous location. This was our groups 2nd stay there. The finishing touches make all the difference as you have everything that you need for your stay. Upon arrival the fridge was full of drinks and milk. Everything was considered from napkins to washing tablets and everything else you may possibly need.

Fantastic house and location

6 friends on a golf holiday. The house was spacious and well equipped and easily catered for 6 adults. The location was perfect, 10 minutes stroll from the town centre. It sits on the promenade adjacent to the beach. We had hired 2 cars for the holiday and had no problem finding parking close to the house. Bruno provided us with everything we needed for check in and departure. I would highly recommend the house.

Perfect in every way

Stayed a week with family of 6 and couldn’t fault it. Villa was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need even little extras like coffee and milk already in the fridge. Several seating areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Perfect location right on the beach and everything in walking distance. Really peaceful and relaxed area. Loved it and can’t wait to return. A Perfect Beach and Tennis Break

Ian and Bruno provided everything we needed from beach towels/chairs to first morning croissants. The house was very well equipped and the location in a pretty pedestrian street next to the beach with shops and restaurants close by as well as friendly neighbours was perfect. Their communication was excellent. We would highly recommend them and the house.

Communication with Ian and Bruno was excellent. Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. Casa was excellent, all the amenities you’d need including aircon. Superb location, a short stroll to everything around La Cala. Although we didn’t try the beach/sea, a little too cold in early March, in the summer just a few steps from the door to the beach. Excellent all round

Fabulous stay

The property is just stunning. We had everything we needed and more from beach towels to beach chairs. Plenty of room outside for entertaining and it gets the sun from 12 onwards. What a great welcome pack waiting we received too. The property is very large each with own shower and right on the beach. Just around the corner from restaurants and 2 minutes down to El Torreón. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will see you again, hopefully very soon.
