Nice condo with an amazing view!

We generally stay at Surfside Beach in October which is a great time of year there. This year we had to bring our pet with us so we needed a place that was pet friendly. We weren't sure what to expect, but we hit the jackpot with this choice! The condo is on the first floor, just yards from the beach and right beside the pool. The balcony has a high top table and chairs which allows you to see the ocean over the railing. The condo was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The added touch of leaving some coffee pods, sweetener and creamer on the counter was a nice surprise especially since we arrived late and did not want to go back out to the store for coffee for the next morning. The beds were clean and very comfortable. You can even hear the ocean in the master bedroom with the windows closed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We will definitely be staying there again even if we don't have to bring our pet!

Very Impressed!

The condo was everything listed and more. It was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in our many years of visiting Surfside. Check-in was very easy and simple. Beautifully decorated and maintained. We did not have to spend time buying household items since it was all provided.... even 4 keurig pods! The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased. Thank you!

Nice place but no view

First floor was nice but no view. Palm trees and shrubs were blocking any view of the beach. Kitchen was lacking essentials. No pot holders or dish towels etc.

Surfside Beach Vacation

Surfside Beach was beautiful, safe & quiet. Convenient oceanfront, first floor, end unit was perfect for week. Steps to ocean, well maintained pool & parking (2) used for vehicle & rented golf cart. Condo deco, balcony, linens/towels & central were awesome. Extremely friendly locals & businesses. Perfect resort for taking along our small senior dog. Unfortunately, notified Host due to several dead bugs inside kitchen cabinet, on floors & wet towels left in washer. Received prompt response that condo had not been occupied for few weeks prior to housekeeping previously cleaning & would send someone, now. We declined. Fully paid before arriving & expect privacy. Frustrating with frequent “no signal” when attempting to watch TV. An apology note along with a Cracker Barrel $30 gift card was left at door. Host offered only to refund remaining days IF we wanted to find accommodations elsewhere for the remainder of our vacation week… after having driven 12 hours, fully unloaded & expecting to RELAX. Also, forget using coffee maker it doesn’t work correctly & the washer is “extremely” loud even with laundry room door closed! YES, I certainly did read previous reviews & this Vrbo condo is a first “semi” disappointment. Won’t fully trust reviews, again.

VRBO First Timers

This was our first VRBO booking and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Plus, the location was great. The sunny deck offered us the opportunity to enjoy the beach even on windy, cool days. We had a question about unlocking the door when we arrived and the owner was quick to respond. All in all it was a great experience!

Great location!!!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much at the condo on the beach! There was some confusion on my part but the owners worked with us and showed they are more into ensuring a quality stay vs. chasing the mighty dollar. They are fantastic to work with. Stay and enjoy you view of the beach. SURFSIDE is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach and a slower pace.

Wow!

Everything about this condo is perfect! A few steps from your parking spot is the front door to the condo. Upon entry my family and I were very happy with the layout. A bedroom and a bath on each end with the living space and a kitchen with everything needed in the middle. Master bedroom allows you to see the ocean from your window, we literally fell asleep each night on the cozy king bed to the sounds of the ocean! TV’s in every living space also a bonus. Everything was very clean, we felt right at home, and very happy we were able to bring our furry friend. The walk to the beach may be the best part, literally a 1 minute walk from the door to the sand! We love to dine out for dinner when we travel, Crabby Mikes, Drunken Jacks, Wicked Tuna, Boardwalk on the beach all a quick drive away. Owners also very quick to respond to your questions. We would totally recommend this beach condo!
