Very nice condo

The unit is exactly as pictured, clean and have nice decor. Very short walk to the beach, elevator is fast, everything's great. Location is perfect. The balcony view is amazing, we will stay here again.

The condo is just as the pictures show. Beautiful. Had a great month of February with zero complaints. Parking was easy and area is great. Communication with the owner was easy as well. Very quick with her response. Thank you Cara.

Here for a baseball tournament over Xmas/new years

The property description online match the actual property 100%. The suite we were in was clean and well organized. The view was spectacular! We only spoke with security staff given our schedule and they were very polite and friendly. The facility grounds were clean and we felt safe. Access to Tower one was easy as well as access to pools and beach. We stayed in tower two. Parking in the ramp was confusing as several levels were being closed down. We were able to park in the oversize vehicle parking that was next to tower two. It did make for a longer walk to get to the elevators to our room but again we felt safe, this was well lit And clean. Our host Cara was very easy to communicate with.

Everything was WONDERFUL, just as pictured and owner was very easy to contact and easy to work with! Easy access to many restaurants and shopping. It could use a wagon for transporting all the beach chairs and umbrella that was so graciously provided to take to the beach, as it was a little bit of a walk for two 60yr olds. She had everything you needed except a full length mirror for the vertically challenged ladies such as ourselves to check outfits before going out on the town. We were more than happy with the Condo, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Cara for being such a gracious host, we loved your place!

Excellent place to spend the winter.

The property is well take care of and the king size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook in. We enjoyed the wonderful view of the Gulf and the city lights at night.

Great location

We stayed a little over 4 weeks here. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Most beautiful beach we’ve ever been to. So clean. We enjoy walking and we walked to many restaurants and shopping as we could. You do need a car to get groceries and outlet shopping. Condo was very well equipped. Some areas need better attention to cleaning, such as floors and the dust on artificial plants. Would recommend this place for a couple or a family.

Beautiful vacation spot

Had a beautiful and relaxing vacation in Panama City Beach. The condo was impeccably decorated and completely representative of the description. It had a classy beach vibe, without being over the top. We didn't want for a thing. The views from the balcony were beyond amazing. We liked staying across the street from beach, which gave us a great daytime view, as well as evening view, of the lighted city. The weather was the best we could hope for, with a gorgeous sunset every single night. The general upkeep of the entire property was outstanding. We live in Tampa and had plans to stay in Fort Myers Beach, which has been our go-to spot for years. So sad that hurricane Ian destroyed that beautiful area of Florida. However, we really can't say enough about Panama City Beach. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do. We will definitely stay at this condo when we return again for vacation. It was just perfect!

Nieces wedding at the beach!!!!

Things were nice I wish that they had a crockpot some of the towels had bleach stains the vents were kind of dirty but overall everything was great the view was beautiful from our deck check in was kind of confusing but I’m not good with computers so mostly on my side not the Property wish they had left some swiffer replacement pads I try to make sure that I constantly clean after ourselves !!! Which definitely stay here again beautiful location thanks for sharing your home away from home with us the kings
