Amazing ocean views from this house featuring an extended patio with furniture and Charcoal BBQ (Bring own or buy here), the house sleeps 12 people with the capacity for 16 total (please inquiry). WiFi just installed to keep in touch with family and friends, Satellite TV (Sky), Roku TV, 3 fireplaces (Living and both master bedrooms).

Beautiful home with an extended covered patio, all with amazing ocean views.

Dream by the Sea is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2nd row home in one of the last sections in Las Conchas where the beach is sandier, sleeping accommodations for 12 people and a maximum of 16 people with an additional charge(please inquiry) amazing ocean views from this house featuring an extended patio with furniture, Charcoal BBQ (Bring own or buy here), and a three-car garage.

Two master bedrooms with ocean views, king-size beds, a fireplace, and a full bathroom with double sinks vanity. Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with a single over the full and private full bathroom, bedroom #4 has a queen bed with a full bathroom. WiFi, Living room area with satellite Tv, Roku TV, 2 mini splits, dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3 extra persons, full kitchen including dishwasher, double sink, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all basic cooking utensils. House-broken pets are accepted with a security deposit, but the pet should sleep in their pet bed and never be left alone in the house unless it is in their pet cage because pets react differently in strange houses to them.

The normal minimum stay is 2 nights, except on holidays, in this case, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

This house is the perfect house to stay and when visiting Rocky Point. It is clean spacious and in a perfect place near the beach. It is so quiet yet relaxing to where you can have a good time still. House provided everything you need beds are comfortable water and AC and everything works perfectly. I've stayed here before and I will definitely book here again

We had a great stay.

The house is very clean. Right across the street from the beach. It’s just as described in the details of the listing. It’s not super fancy but it had lots of beds and space.

New year getaway

We always love to stay in los conchas. Our stay went smooth. Omar was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were able to use the fireplace which was nice. House is located 2nd row back from beach in a smooth area of water/ sand. They had the rooms heated and ready upon arrival. Only drawback on the house was the water heater was on but the hot water didn't really come through. We ran only the hot side with it barely taking the edge off the cold. Other than that everything was clean and fridge worked well. We didnt cook at all other than using microwave to reheat. Overall a great stay!

Good Location, Spacious house.

Our adult children, their spouses, and their dogs all stayed here and had a wonderful time. The house was large enough for privacy, the front porch had great views, and it was close enough to the beach to take frequent walks. Grill and fireplaces worked great. Omar and his staff supplied everything we needed in an unobtrusive way. I will come back and stay longer next time.

Terrible

House was not clean and we lasted a whole night without water, and during the whole weekend we were worried about the water running out. The property manager never apologized and was defensive about wverything. House is a mess, very old kitchen utensils and dirty. I will be calling VRBO to further explain.

Perfect beach house for family

We really enjoyed our short stay. The house design worked well for a very busy group, with active little kids. We liked being one row away from the tide. The stardeck was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice; although, we could have used some more and newer towels.The kitchen utensils were a bit spare, but we were fine. The property manager was outstanding and prompt in responding to a couple minor issues that arose. Thank you, Omar!

Nice house, great location. The beach is really sandy only bad thing is when it is high tide you can’t really sit and enjoy because water comes all the way up. The house itself although it is an older home it was perfect very spacious enough room for our group. I do wish it had a little more variety as far as pots and pans go. The house has a charcoal grill you can use and plenty of chairs to sit out on the porch which was great for hanging out. There are no beach chairs or shades so that is something you will need to bring. Omar was very responsive we had a small issue with AC units when we arrived and he had it fixed in less than an hour. Overall we enjoyed our stay the location and house are great would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time! Close to the beach!

It was very easy communicating with Omar. Great host. Wish there was beach chairs to take down to the beach. So we didn't have to bring ours from home. One of the master suite doors wouldn't open. And the bunk beds were not the most comfortable. But overall it was a fantastic stay! Great views from the patio!

Very enjoyable get away

We enjoyed the house very much. It is large and did well for our multigenerational family of 8 and 2 dogs. Omar was very responsive and helpful. We elected to have a meal catered and it was delicious. We had leftovers for other meals. The only problem we had was that access to the beach is difficult for older adults. Three of us (aged 75-87) were challenged but went down twice. One with breathing problems was unable to get to the beach at all. Our kids and grand kids had no trouble and very much enjoyed the sand and water.

An absolutely amazing experience and beautiful home

We had an issue with the air conditioning the 2nd night of our stay. Omar, the manager was quick with his response, and came out and corrected the issue right away. And also refunded us 1 night. The beds were comfortable, and the house is very spacious!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Everything was great especially with the property manager Omar. The only thing cleaning crew was not done by the time we were supposed to check in, half hour late. We enjoyed property and our stay and property was clean which is important for us. Thank you for the hospitality Omar!
