Captain's Cove is a two-story 2BR/2.5BA townhome located in Seagrove 's Cassine Gardens-a hidden gem on 30A! When you 're not enjoying the beach, relax on the porch and watch a tennis match or take a dip in the community pool.This lovely townhome features upper and lower level porches, surrounded by nature! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bunkbed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely townhome sleeps up 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy the many local eateries nearby, or hop on the bikes and spend the day exploring Seaside! Come make Captain's Cove your beach tradition vacation spot!

Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Nice location

The townhouse was very clean and roomy. The area was quiet and relaxing. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but other than that, it was a great location.

Nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Clean and ready upon arrival, with no hassle check-in. The property was as advertised - very comfortable. The bikes were in good shape and made the trip pleasant. The AC struggled on the 4th day of our stay and the leasing company was responsive to our call; they actually refunded a portion of that day's cost due to the inconvenience (without being asked) and sent a technician out.

Just what we needed!

Have stayed in several units in this area, love the proximity to beach as well as Seaside, etc. Prompt response from maintenance department to resolve minor issue via text. Would stay again!

Great location

Very convenient location, close to pool and beach. Bikes were a great bonus! It was a bit run down, not super clean and could improve supply of toilet paper, paper towels and beach towels would have been appreciated. The space was great for family of five.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time! Clean and very nice home. Walking distance to the beach and had everything close. This was our first time staying in Seagrove beach will definitely be back. Love the small town vibe!!

Great week!

Several families rented in Cassine Gardens together. The condo was in a nice location. Walking distance to beach, tennis courts literally out the back door, close to swimming pool. Also easy to walk or bike to Sea Side or The Hub for teens. Several restaurants, ice cream, & stores very close. The condo was perfect for us. I would recommend a new cleaning company. I chose this condo because the description sounded like they had high cleaning standards, something I have high importance for during COVID 19. When we pulled in as it was our check in time, the cleaning people were just leaving. None of them were masked. The refrigerator was gross ( crumbs & hair inside), microwave interior and kitchen sink were not clean, kitchen floor had crumbs, shower had hair on title. The patio screen door was broken. I contacted the management company. They offered to send the cleaning crew (who didn’t follow Covid guidelines the first time) back. They said they would send someone to fix patio door, and never did. I don’t like to go on vacation & clean up after previous renters. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask employees to follow safe guidelines.

Trading snow for sand

Was a great property. Very clean and two great upper balconies to relax on. Right next to tennis courts and close by the swimming pool. Hiking trails in the woods almost right out the front door. Just a wonderful place to stay and just a short walk to the white sand beach.
