Steps to the ocean with beautiful partial ocean views from this updated penthouse condo. Enjoy ocean side living with private beach access. No need to walk across the street or from blocks away, you are right there! Shared amenities at no extra cost include 2 large salt water heated pools (1 is oceanfront with zero entry and splash area for small kids) 2 hot tubs, bar & grill with snack shop including Starbucks coffee, fitness room, game room, outdoor grilling and seating areas, private beach access...the perks go on and on.

This top floor condo has stair and elevator access, a bedroom with sliding barn doors, a queen bed with storage drawers and a high quality premium mattress. Other features include built in single sized bunk beds and a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 people. Everything is nicely upgraded, the kitchen is stocked with large and small appliances, a single cup Keurig machine, cups, plates and more. The living area has a large smart tv with basic cable channels provided. The balcony has a relaxing view of the ocean that you can enjoy while sitting on an outdoor glider. 2 beach chairs and a cart was left for renter’s to use but we can not guarantee they will be there as they could become lost or damaged before we can replace them. Coin operated laundry room is available on the 1st floor. Free on site parking for 1 vehicle.

Great location!! 8 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants plus Celebration Park with a pirate ship playground, fitness stations and an open pavilion for festivals. Enjoy endless amounts of beautifully landscaped biking/walking paths, boating, fishing, water sports, championship quality golf courses, tennis, shopping, restaurants or just have fun relaxing at the beach and pools.

Great Stay

We booked a quick spring break trip to Hilton Head and came upon this listing. The condo is small but was perfect for our needs especially as a last minute booking. The plus was having access to Hilton Grand Vacations. Parking can be a bit much after a certain hour at night but it all worked out just fine. The condo was very clean and cozy. Great location and great view of the beach from our patio. The only issue for us were the bunk beds for my kids. I have two teens who are tall. The beds were very uncomfortable for them so one ended up on the pull out couch and the other in the bed with me. We made the best of it. I would say that the bunk beds are best for younger kids.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I stayed a little over a week and had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location! Loved the easy beach access and the use of the Hilton amenities. I had to call the property manager a couple of times, extremely quick response. Definitely will stay again!

It was a great 50th anniversary stay at HHI in spite of the weather!

Our 50th anniversary was January 25, 2025. We really enjoy HHI and had fun and ate some delicious food. Our condo was cozy and convenient. We checked in on Friday evening after we went to dinner at Hudson’s. Our anniversary dinner was at Charlie’s. It was wonderful! A great trip for a momentous occasion!

Great view. Small unit but excellently organized with very good storage and supplies. Access to resort was wonderful. Beautiful resort with heated pools. Very comfortable beds (pull out too!) and nice quality linens and bedding.

Great Location

We loved the close proximity to the beach, and access to the pool/hot tub on the property. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our entire 5 day stay, so we had to climb 79 stairs to get to the room.

Everything about this unit is extremely small - the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen/living room. It should not be advertised to sleep 6. The ocean view is only if you step out on the balcony and look to the right - not from your condo window. I am very disappointed in the false advertising.

Perfect location!!

Our stay was simply amazing!! Check in was seamless —any questions we had were handled within seconds !! —it was a beautiful condo. Great location and view. And loved the additional amenities! Thank you again!! We would definitely stay here again! **My tip—- be to be sure you bring quarters with you if you will need to use the onsite laundry.—-We had trouble getting quarters -as crazy as that sounds ! $2.50 gets you one wash and one dry :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was very clean. It was walking distance to the Cologny Plaza where there are restaurants and shops. Loved having access to the pools and bar/grill. Great private access to beach as well (pay the $27/day for reserved chairs/umbrella). We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Amazing location - great view

This property was absolutely stunning. It’s in a great location with a prime view of the beach. The pool amenities are world class. The property manager was kind, responsive and helpful. This is a perfect property for a family with small kids. I will caution that the bunk beds are small and very narrow (smaller than a normal twin) perfect for kids but would be tough for a teen or adult to sleep in.

Good stay

Our family enjoyed a 4 night stay. I liked the location because it was on a mostly-quiet road. The heated pool and hot tubs were a godsend with the chilly temperatures. Covered parking was also very nice. It was a little confusing how to get into building, but another tenant was very helpful showing us the elevator. Because our kids used the hallway bunk beds, we didn't have much room to store our suitcases, so we had to take everything out and use the available drawers. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Overall a good stay! Would stay here again!

Wonderful location!

Property was as described. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice ocean view from the balcony. We enjoyed using the adjacent Hilton amenities (pools and hot tub). Short walk to the beach. The use of the beach chairs was a nice bonus! The bedroom and bathroom were very small but the living room was bright and comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit very nice and clean. Our only problem was that with the size of the condo's square feet being small, it felt cramped with the added bunkbeds and how the bar area was situated (I would just not have it). We used the bunkbeds to put our luggage and odd things to put away. It would be hard to have more than two adults in the unit. However, overall, I give the unit a 5 out of 5.

We are a family of four that loves to travel and spend quality time together. It has been our dream to own a place at the beach and we are so grateful we were finally able to do it.

We absolutely love this property and all that it has to offer. It has everything we need for a fun and relaxing vacation. My family enjoys playing at the beach, walking, biking, playing miniature golf, shopping and relaxing at the pools and hot tubs in the evening. I personally love watching and listening to the ocean sounds from the balcony. We have also played on beautiful golf courses, which there is no shortage of. Celebration park is a great place for the little ones and adults alike. Having so much within walking distance is a huge bonus! We have many things we still want to try in Hilton Head such as paddle boarding, jet skiing, shark fishing and going on a dolphin cruise (we have seen several dolphins from the beach just outside of our building).

We have a lot of fun exploring new restaurants and have never been disappointed with the cuisine Hilton Head offers. The fact that Hilton Head is clean and safe puts our minds at ease to relax and get into vacation mode.

We love sharing our home away from home with others and it is our goal for each guest to have a great time. Our hope is everyone leaves feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and loves it as much as we do.

The fact that we share top rate amenities with the resort next door had us sold. The pools are beautiful and spacious, not to mention the 2 large hot tubs. The snack bar and small store on site is affordable and convenient. The grilling area is clean with a lot of open seating. There are 3 large hammocks for relaxing and many comfortable seating areas. During the summer they may have outdoor games set up. There is a workout room and a game / computer room as well. You can enjoy all of the benefits of staying at a very nice resort for a fraction of the cost.
