Spacious and sunny, this penthouse condo at Main Street Station sits right in the center of Breckenridge, within steps of the Peak 9 base area and countless restaurants, shops, recreational outfitters, and sources of year-round entertainment.

The interior is delightfully comfortable, stylish, and unfussy, offering an open floor plan, a fully appointed kitchen for when you're not dining out on the town, a washer/dryer to keep your clothes dry and fresh, and a balcony overlooking town and the surrounding grounds. You'll even have access to a number of community amenities, including a large outdoor swimming pool, seven hot tubs, a fitness center, and on-site ski rentals.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short walk from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

There's one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper sofa/day bed that is equivalent to two twins/one king for extra sleeping space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent space and location!

This was a wonderful condo in the perfect location of downtown Breckenridge. It allowed our family to walk everywhere downtown for easy access to food, drinks, entertainment and trails. The check-in/check-out process was incredibly simple, we had easy parking access and the resort itself was well kept, clean and felt safe. We enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and spacious room in the actual condo itself. The only downside I can think of is that it was a little steamy in terms of room temperature, so we had windows open the entire time and our bedrooms faced the busy Main Street road, so it is quite noisy with windows open. This wasn't a dealbreaker for us and didn't spoil anything, but if you're a light sleeper and staying during the summer, you may want to consider this point. We will 100% stay here again and loved this space!

Amazing Stay!

This rental is fantastic! It is spacious and the floor plan is great. It is well equipped with all essentials you may need or want. The location is superb, as our family visited with intentions of skiing. It was an easy, quick walk to the Quick Silver lift. (Side note, we rented equipment from Charter Sports in the lower level and the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. It was also super convenient). The only troubles we experienced were that the dryer in the unit did not work and we had housekeeping enter our unit at 9:30am on the day of departure (when checkout is at 10:00) without knocking. It caught me in a vulnerable situation. It was addressed at checkout, so hopefully that mishap doesn’t happen again. Overall our stay was lovely and we felt very at home. We would definitely rent this property again!

Loved the condo!!!

The condo was amazing!!! The only thing was it was located on the wrong side of the building. So unfortunately we could hear all of the outside traffic and basically anything that happened outside. We also had trouble with the gas fireplace. It wouldn’t stay on for very long and then it would shut off. The maintenance people tried to get it to work with no luck. One last item and it’s very small. In the kitchen there was only one hot pad, so it made it very difficult when cooking.

Perfect location and excellent accommodations!

This condo is extremely clean, well appointed and a comfortable place to return after a day on the slopes. Close to shops, restaurants and equipmental rental with free ski valet on the ground floor. This place could easily accommodate two families as it has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a half bath and plenty of pull out sofas in the living room.

Ski trip

We loved our stay at 3405 and would highly recommend it. Excellent location, close to ski lift and all amenities including hot tub, ski valet and restaurants. I hired my skis from the ski valet on site and received a good discount as a resident at main st. Ski valet was super handy and efficient. The condo itself is really lovely and felt like a home from home. The fire and large TV were well used and the laundry facilities were a bonus. Great view looking over the Main St and plenty of bedding and anything a family might need. So spacious, clean and airy, a great place to relax after a day on the slopes.

Gorgeous home

This home so very spacious and well laid out! Perfect for my family of three, more than enough room in fact. The views of the mountain tops and Main Street were lovely. So many shops and restaurants, hiking trails, and more all within walking distance; we barely needed a car! The front desk staff was great, they answered questions and gave recommendations as needed, very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations, great location

This was a nicely appointed, very comfortable accommodation well set in the Breck Main Street area. Both bedrooms essentially have master bathrooms and there is an additional half bath by the front door. The master bathrooms both have Jacuzzi tubs, built for one, but you can get creative. The foam topper to the master bed was incredible and we are now looking to purchase the same one for our home. Great smart TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. The gas fireplace was terrific. The garage was very interesting to me. It is under the building and has an open connection to the outside. You’d think it would be cold right? Nope. Through an ingenious system of fans at the entrance and the garage stays fairly warm even in winter so your car isn't freezing to get into and you don’t even need a jacket on the first parking level (where you would park). Nice touch. Check in staff were very nice and accommodating. Easy walking distance to an amazing number of Ski rental facilities and the Quicksilver chair make sure stay very easy. I highly recommend getting a cinnamon crêpe from the crêpe trolley just outside the back door of the condo. Michael’s Italian restaurant is also an easy walking distance and has an amazing atmosphere for dinner and great food. The old fashion was really good too. Make reservations.

Great location & space

The location is amazing- walk to everything including the lift. The space is incredible- after a day on slopes it’s great space to relax and re-energize before going out to dinner. We had 4 of us and said we could easily bring the kids next time and still have enough space for us. Only feedback is the front desk associates were not overly kind - 2 separate interactions with 2 different people came across like customer service was not on their priority list. We called around 10 to check on early check in knowing we would arrive in town around 2- they said the room was cleaned but needed a maintenance clearance. By the time we got there it was actually 3:15 and they still hadn’t had the “maintenance person” clear it and she said “you know check in isn’t until 4 right?” Which I said yes but you made it sound like it was ready and the check is a walk through to ensure lights work and things are working so I’m surprised since when we called at 10 they weren’t able to run up there and check. She took my phone number I never got a call and came back at 4 and they said nothing other than just checking us in. Just came across rude and could care less But the actual room and set up is amazing and we’d come back to stay for our next visit!!
