At the Boat House you will Enjoy Miami's beautiful beaches, weather and culture and stay in the heart of Little Havana's vibrant Community. Calle Ocho, minutes away, offers an array of Restaurants, Shops and activities. You can Walk to the famous Versailles Restaurant & Bakery. The house is Named "Boat House" because of its interior Nautical design. EXPERIENCE being transported in time and feel like your sailing in the warm waters of Miami while lodging in the center of it all.

“Boat House” near Calle Ocho

Great location if you are looking for amazing Cuban food and culture. Very conveniently located in Little Havana. Versailles and other great restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to beaches or to the Everglades.The host was very nice and helpful!

The Boat House

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise. It is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to supermarket,restaurants. Clean, comfortable, had all that you need for cooking in. Amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Cute little backyard with BBQ grill and table if you choose to cook out. Washer, dryer, iron if needed. 10 minutes from airport and 20 from cruise port. It was perfect.

Great house in Miami

We stayed here for a couple days before our cruise. It was a great experience. Perfect for a small group. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami!

The house is actually a duplex

It was not shared with me prior to arrival that the house is actually a duplex and there were other people, I presume renters, staying in a portion of the same house, which was off-limits to us. a window from their portion of the house looked out over the back patio, and I could hear a man coughing all night through the thin walls. This struck me as somewhat misleading as I thought I had rented a house, not a duplex.

Loved this house!

The house was great, with a perfect location of where we wanted to be. We had trouble with the living room TV but they attempted to address it quickly. The bedroom TVs worked fine. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back!!

Pre Cruise stay at the Boat House

What a beautiful, charismatic house to spend a couple of days in before our cruise from Miami. Due to our embarkation time, we asked the host if we could extend our departure by an hour, which was no issue. Host was friendly and quick with responding, and the house was perfect for our group.

Great quiet location

Meeting our beautiful granddaughter

We enjoyed staying in this sweet house with its' nautical theme. It was Christmas time and we loved walking around the neighborhood looking at the many lights and decorations. The welcome book had very useful information and the neighborhood market just around the corner had everything anyone could need. Cafe Versailles on Calle Ocho was a very short walk from the Boat House.

We wanted a place that wasn't near all the action (more calm). The place was spacious and clean. I liked the location, close to a Publix and Versailles and calle ocho. Communication was quick!

Family Vacation

When we got to the home, some appliances didn’t work well, like the coffee maker, only 1 TV was working and hardly any detergent buuuut it was a family vacation so we were hardly there and EVERYTHING was so close by such as groceries, Calle 8, the gym I got to, airport like everything was only minutes away very AWESOME will definitely consider into staying here in the future!!!

Great place to stay in Miami

We had a great experience. Check in was easy and our host was quick to respond if we had questions. The house was clean. We were able to easily park our two cars but one of the free Miami trolley stops was only a few blocks away. We were able to find great restaurants a short walk and/or drive away. Having 2 bathrooms helped get everyone out the door quickly. We only used the kitchen once but it was nice to have. The house has a fun nautical theme and had nice character. It was only a 10 min drive to Miami airport but was still a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

Great way to spend my birthday

We were an eclectic group of family & friends. Plenty of space. Very clean & fun decor. The home is in the heart of everything with easy access to highways and attractions.
