Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area, 5th row from the beach. 1 min bike ride

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Top Level: The living room and dining room are an open floor plan with plenty of seating and a 65" flat screen TV. The kitchen features an eat in table for 4 and is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances you need for the week. We provide a starter set of trash bags, dish detergent and paper towels. Just off the kitchen is large deck with outdoor sofas and a large table to dine alfresco.
Connected to the other side of the kitchen is a cozy fireplace room with beverage fridge and a game table filled with games, seating and a flat screen TV.
Down the hallway from the main living areas is the 1st of two king masters. This room features a large flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and flat screen tv. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bottom Floor: A huge master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and spacious seating area. The newly remodeled master bath has a large shower and double vanity. The master bedroom features a sliding glass door that leads to the pool deck. Just outside the master is small nook with a daybed and twin trundle and flat screen tv (you do have to cross through the bunk nook to enter the master and vice versa) And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large surfing themed playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds....each with twin size pull out trundle This room can sleep up to 12 kids. There is also a foosball table, large flat screen tv, games and toys!
This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer and a storage area filled with beach and pool gear!

Pool: The home has a large free form pool with waterfall. The lush, tropical, private courtyard pool area has a wood burning fireplace, a grill, loungers, dining table and outdoor shower. ** Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Pool can be heated to 88 degrees from October to April. The cost is $100/day**

The Folly Field Beach access just down the street has parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a vending machine and a rubberized pathway to the beach making access easy for kids, elderly and those pulling beach carts or strollers ( see picture in listing). There is also a private beach entrance slightly closer but without the amenities of the public access.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
