It is right on the Wianno Golf Course, 3-4 min walk to the center of all the shops and restaurants, and only a 10-15 min walk from the beach and marinas!

There is a pool table, jacuzzi tub in the master and both upper and lower decks!

Plenty of yard space for kids to enjoy!

Great Location

The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before.

First Cape Cod Trip

The Osterville House is just what we needed. It was close to restaurants, beaches and activities. There was plenty of space. The house was clean. My kids loved the pool table, making s’mores and hanging out on the deck. My husband loved the house and said that he can’t wait to come back.

Large property in good location, needs exterior ramp up

First impressions, the house is large and the location is wonderful. Upon arrival we noticed the outdoor area could use some landscaping and cleanup. The trash was full and there was yard debris throughout the outside, sticks, leaves, large branches, etc. The interior is better than the exterior, however the temperature was set to 80 and warmer/humid inside than outside, so it took over 8hrs for the property to cool down once the thermostat was adjusted. All the beds were comfortable and bedrooms were clean. The decks can be accessed via the second floor and first floor. The decks could use a good powerwash and multiple boards are rotten need to be replaced. All 3 propane tanks for the grill and firepit were empty and the host was willing to remedy but it was too late because our stay wasn't long. We didn't bring children with us but there was a playset on the side of the house which is completely falling apart and should be addressed for safety. The property manager provided a beach parking pass which we used and thoroughly enjoyed.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a wedding in Osterville and it was the perfect location! Easy walk to town. The host was very communicative and even went above and beyond after my stay when I couldn't find an item. We had our 10 month old with us and there were a lot of kids toys to use/a changing table.

Amazing stay

We stayed in osterville for a friends birthday celebration. It was a perfect oasis away from the big city of Boston but we loved being walking distance to town. The amenities were everything we hoped for and there were ample towels and bed comforts for everyone! Loved the deck/balcony and the fire pit too! Would 100% stay again!

Family friendly house in Osterville

Our family had a lovely time staying at this house in Osterville. The layout of the house was family friendly. We enjoyed the decks and had fun using the outside grill. The view of the golf course was very pretty. The house was very clean. When I had questions, Jordan was quick to respond. The house was in a great location and it was very easy to walk to shops (10 min).

Wonderful property and host! Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The host was responsive, helpful, and very polite! The house was a great size, in great condition, spotlessly clean, and pretty much exactly as described in the listing. The only things worth mentioning are that the back door was not able to lock during our stay. We did not bring this up to the host because there was a lot of us there and we didn’t feel unsafe. However, it does say on the listing under safety that all of the doors lock. It is possible that this was our mistake because we were unfamiliar with the house, but we did try multiple times. Also, to no fault of the host, the shopping in the downtown area was not great. The hours of operation for everything nearby were awful- which left us without a plan for some time during the trip. (Just something to keep in mind. Again, no fault to the owner!) We all felt like we would recommend staying here again and/or staying at another location that the host might own. Thanks so much for having us!!

Great Stay!!

Thank you for a great stay! From start to finish, it couldn't have been easier. Jordan was super accommodating and responsive. The house was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the view from the deck. The location is ideal - walkable to town and the beach, public tennis courts, and other nearby attractions. I can enthusiastically recommend it!

Osterville for kids

This house is very spacious and has lovely views of the golf course. We stayed with our family of young kids and loved the toys and kid-ready vibe. They do allow dogs and the sofa was covered in fur so be ready for that. The lawn crew on the golf course dries the greens at 5:30am and it is loud but the location is central.

Wedding weekend

Great place perfect for our labs with fenced in back yard. Everything you needed. Very clean. The AC was not working up stairs but temperature dropped that night and we were very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Stayed with my daughter and a couple of friends. Walked to town for dinner and to the beach as well. Pretty quiet and great location. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would stay again!

We were in town for a wedding and it acted as a great home base for our family. Great kitchen, dining and living room so we were able to have nieces and nephews over for brunch the day of the wedding.

Beautiful house on Osterville

Check in was seamless. The house was exactly as advertised. It had everything you could possibly need. Nice golf course view, great decks. My toddler loved the huge spa tub! Overall it was perfect for us.
