Springtime Weather | Studio in Central Flagstaff

Located behind the main house with off street parking and a private entrance. The studio is located in the Greenlaw neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, Flagstaff Medical Center and popular Bushmaster Park. Full size appliances, in-unit laundry and a shared outdoor space make this studio a perfect little Flagstaff getaway. A Queen sized bed and a pull out twin sofa make this the perfect spot for two people.

There is a portable A/C unit in the home that will cool it down in the summertime. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the main house.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Great host, nice place

Our host was extremely responsive to our request for a box fan - had it in less than two hours. Very comfortable place with a huge kitchen area. Bed is comfortable and area is quiet neighborhood. If you have the windows open, you will hear trains nearby. The location is great with easy access to Flagstaff and the area. We also discovered a great park/playground (Bushmaster) within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Get what you pay for.

Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Drive way is narrow, can't pull all the way back to gate or you wont be able to get out of vehicle. There is room to park just cant pull all the way back. Inside was clean and exactly as described. We had good communication with property manager. It was sufficient for just needing a place to stay while touring around Arizona.

Northern Arizona getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for 5 days for a getaway in northern Arizona. The property is fine for two people and Flagstaff is a good home base to get out for day trips to various places in the area. The property was clean and reasonably priced. Just a few suggestions - there should be a coffee table or end tables in the sitting area to make relaxing with a beverage or snack much easier. Also, provide more than 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people. The handle on the shower is VERY difficult to turn, we were afraid we would break it by trying to turn it. Finally, you state that our first morning’s coffee would be provided. After a delayed flight and a long drive from Phoenix, we didn’t arrive until about 11pm so we didn’t worry about stopping to get supplies the first night. We were quite disappointed to discover in the morning only tea and hot cocoa, no coffee.

Great location

This studio is located in a quiet neighborhood near a park for kids. It is centrally located to everything! It has a full kitchen with a full-size fridge. It has a stackable washer dryer. It has a queen size bed and a twin size pull out which was not super comfortable my 8 year old said. Overall a nice place to stay for no more than 2 adults and 1 child.
