Welcome to your next home away from home for an unforgettable ski-cation, Waterford 21! This spacious three-story townhome boasts over 2,100 sq. ft. of incredible living space. The main level features an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. Wood and stone accents give this family-friendly retreat an elegant and rustic touch. Waterford 21 features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large dining area with a dining table able to seat 10 people comfortably, and additional seating around the breakfast bar. The main living area offers comfortable furnishings, an inviting gas fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and access to a large private deck. The deck has a small table with a couple of chairs, creating the perfect space to enjoy a steamy cup of coffee first thing in the morning with jaw-dropping views. Additional amenities include an on-site washer and dryer and a private indoor hot tub room on the lower level of the home. And that's not it! Lucky guests will have unlimited access to on-site shared amenities offered by the resort that include an outdoor swimming pool, shared gas grills, and access to Steamboat Resorts winter shuttle services that will take guests to ski, dining, and other area activities.

You'll be sitting one mile away from the headquarters of the Steamboat Resort ski area where you'll find nearly 3,000 skiable acres no matter your expertise. Lil' Rodeo, Preview, and Stampede slopes are perfect for beginners, but if you've had your share of skiing experience, make sure to visit Vouge and Headwall North (intermediate), or Voo Doo, See me, and See ya (experts). Visiting during summer months? There's no shortage of activities either! Mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing are the top activities here. Available kid-friendly amenities include the supervised Kids' Adventure Club, the theme park-style Coca-Cola Adventure Zone.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
