Based in the Hautes Alpes and passionate about our mountains, we offer 10 chalets for rent in Montgenèvre and Vars, accommodating 12 to 24 people. In this listing, we present our 280 m² chalet, Le Kergwen, which can accommodate 18 people and is west-facing, providing the best view of the slopes in the entire resort village.

Open year-round, we rent this chalet on a weekly or weekend basis. Only weekly rentals are available from late December to late March and from early July to the end of August.

We are a small team, dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring the best possible experience during your stay. We can connect you with service providers for meals or certified instructors for various sports activities, throughout the year, whether the resort is open or closed.

Inside the chalet, you will find 6 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped private bathroom. Additionally, there is a dedicated leisure floor featuring a swim spa (pool and jacuzzi), a solarium, a cinema room, and a leisure area with a bar, foosball table, and dance floor.

Welcome to the Chalet Le Kergwen. This prestigious chalet in Montgenèvre offers 280 m² of space and is south-facing. It can accommodate 18 guests. Perched in the village, just 500m from the slopes, it boasts a panoramic 180° view of the mountains and ski slopes. Located on the southern side of the resort, adorned with local stone and wood, Le Kergwen welcomes you with a chic Alpine ambiance.

Spread over 4 floors, the two upper floors feature six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Five bedrooms are doubles, some equipped with twin beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed or kept separate as two single beds. Additionally, there is a dormitory room that sleeps 8.

On the first floor, you will find a 60m² living room with a billiards table, an open fully equipped kitchen, and a second south-facing terrace. Descending the stone staircase, you will reach the dedicated leisure floor, which includes a game room (foosball, darts), a dance floor with a bar, and a cinema room. Open the glass door to the outside, and you will have access to the large terrace, where relaxation is the order of the day. Choose between sun loungers for that essential "ski holiday" tan, the pool to unleash your energy in the jets, and the jacuzzi to relax and admire the landscape after a long day of skiing.

Located in a quiet area of the resort, this exceptional chalet is only 500 meters from the ski slopes. The ski shuttle stop is right in front of the chalet, taking you to the slopes in less than 5 minutes!

This chalet is situated in the Montgenèvre resort. Established in 1907, Montgenèvre is the first French ski resort, located near the Franco-Italian border at an altitude of 1860 meters. Part of the Franco-Italian Milky Way ski area, which includes Clavières, San Sicario, Césane, Sestrières, and Sauze d'Oulx (400 km of slopes and 91 ski lifts), the Montgenèvre ski area offers 100 km of slopes and 37 ski lifts.

The resort is located 20 km from the Oulx TGV train station (Italy), 100 km from Turin airport, and 10 km from Briançon.

- Montgenèvre is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.
- Explore mountain water in all its forms: from pedal boat rides on lakes to natural waterfalls along hiking paths, a hike to a high-altitude lake, or even rafting or inflatable canoeing down the Durance River (watch out, it's wet!)
- For children, here are a few ideas: treetop adventure courses accessible from 5 years old, climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet.

CHALET HOSSZU SERVICES:

During the winter and summer seasons, the chalet is available for rent from Sunday to Sunday, with the possibility of weekend rentals depending on the period. We accept dogs but regretfully cannot accommodate cats.
