Great with a few omissions

The view was spectacular. The place was pristine clean, However, the lack of Kleenex, bath soap and coffee was annoying. Even the cheapest motels provide these items.

Stay at crystal villas

The place needs updated. New paint, take off the peeling wallpaper, the nasty carpet smelled moldy. Need to upgrade some of the pots and pans as everyone of them seem to stick. And the noise level from the other floors were horrible. All you could hear was people walking or sounding like stomping. Our neighbors for first two nights were so loud and they kept us awake til after one in the morning. I was miserable. The good thing about it was the view and your private beach access. My husband said he would stay again but if would take a lot to get me there again. Mainly cause of the noise from neighbors. It’s like it was no respect for others or no quiet time set in place

Our stay.

Easy check-in, that was nice. Pool wasn’t heated, or lit up any of the nights. ice cold. Took us 4-5 rounds of continuous sweeping to get up the insane amount of dog hair in the condo. It was pretty filthy. We were charged a high cleaning fee for a condo that was covered in dog hair. Used toilet paper rolls on the bedroom floor upon arrival too. I contacted VRBO about this and they didn’t offer any solution or partial refund. The bath tub, would run out of hot water within 3-4 minutes… let down. Great view, decent location. comfortable bed but the condo was not clean.

Nice… but

This was a nice place to stay, however, if you arrive early, be prepared to not even be allowed a 30 minute early check in, and poor communication between people. Was told there would be somewhere to store luggage until check in, and there was not. Also, the people above us were extremely loud. You could hear all hours of the night, the balcony door slamming shut and small children stomping all hours.

Great view. condo needs a remodel.

The view and beach were perfect. The condo was okay. As to be expected from the previous reviews I read but needs updating badly. There was mold around all of the air vents and a big mold spot on the shower ceiling and behind the wallpaper peeling off. Bed had stains and couches need to be replaced. The shower curtain was nasty on the bottom. The fan in the bedroom works poorly. It was extremely warm in there. The bedroom carpet left a residue on your feet. But If updated properly. It would be 10/10!

Nice beach view home but….

It has a great view and it could have been a 4.5-5 stars if there were no annoying things following. First, the provided room key code did not work. I had to call and try multiple codes to be able to get in the house. Also, the beach access gate code entry is broken. You can only punch the code from the inside. House cleaning is doing a great job however, the toilets needs updated and watch out for the slippery floor. My son fell 3 times hard in day 1. Also, make sure to look for the wristbands in the house which are needed for the pool. I came here for the beach, not the pool so was not aware of the wristbands and they didn’t mention about these anywhere. When we left, they charged us $150 for the lost wristbands. It is ridiculous and i am still fighting for this. But just something to watch out. I gave 3 stars for the view and cleaning team effort. This is first time i rent through Vacasa but i don’t think i will in the future.

We loved the location, the view, had all the amenities. Lots of places have gone to bunkie boards,they had box springs and mattress..loved it! No back pain. Great wifi! Loved it!

Good value right on the beach

The condo is right on the beach and when we went it wasn’t super crowded. Vacasa was super helpful when we go there and didn’t have parking passes. My only complaint about the condo is the stove top is so crooked we couldn’t cook on it. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful Villa

This place was very cute, Furniture was a little dated but overall it was clean and cute. I do wish that the TV’s were Smart TV’s so you can use the Wifi and watch Netflix and youtube instead of cable. The Table on the balcony is rusty and should be replaced and maybe provide a couple extra blankets for the bunk beds. Regardless, it was a beautiful place to stay and I’ll be back soon 🥰

Stay here for the beach access and view.

The beach access and view of the Emerald Coast is amazing. Very easy beach access with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs provided from March till November in season. They have a 6’ pool with restrooms as needed. This building has 27 units and not overcrowded. My family spent numerous times at pool alone with pool to ourself. The beach is not overcrowded like some of the other bigger buildings are. The issues with B8 unit we stayed in is as follows- Cockroaches under fridge and in bathrooms, mold growing under sink from leaking sink drain that I fixed myself thankfully I’m a licensed plumber, tub drain was full of hair and would not drain and I fixed myself once again. Couches are cheap and your sitting on the wood frame with no cushion, bed frame is not attached and at least 25 years old, carpet is filthy dirty and smells, toilets are 35 years old and takes 2 -3 flushes to drop solids and needs replaced fully, shower handle is on backwards and kitchen faucet drips non stop and dishwasher leaks onto kitchen floor when in use. The ceilings are in poor shape with what looks like a handy man tried fixing a section that is peeling off. Hopefully this buildings paint has been tested for lead if it was built before 1978. The air vents are rusted and nasty. This is by far the worst unit I’ve stayed in this building and I’ve stayed here 4 times. They seriously need to update. Like I say only stay here for the beach and view. You will be disappointed with furniture, roaches, plumbing and cosmetic appearance of this unit.

Great view end beach access

There is a million dollar view and easy access to the beach which is never crowded. The lay out of the condo is perfect for family with small kids and it was decently stocked with enough towel, tp, and trash bags. The only complaint is the water damage on the ceilings, the rusty AC vents and mold in places. I was also concerned about all the dryer lint and dust in light fixtures causing a fire. If the maintenance is done it would be 5 star.

Great for the price

Enjoyed our stay at Crystal Villas. Beautiful view with private beach. Furniture is dated but couldn't ask for a better stay for the price. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Vacation

We loved the place it was very comfortable. Unfortunately it needed some work. The screen doors were very hard to operate as they were off the tracks. The right patio door had the handle missing on the balcony side. The living room ceiling needs replacing and the ceiling was very dirty. The faucet in the small bathroom was loose and moved every time you turned it on. The shower/wash room ceiling recessed light were extremely dirty in the cavity. The place required some type of pest control as we were killing small cockroaches and even in the kitchen cabinets.
