The unit is located on the 10th floor with an incredible Gulf-front view from a private balcony. The living room displays traditional upscale furnishings, beautifully tiled floors and a large dining table with seating for up to 10. Prepare the family’s favorite meal in this fully equipped kitchen with bright white cabinetry and full size appliances. Relax and enjoy a nicely appointed master bedroom with a king bed and access to the balcony facing the ocean, a large walk-in closet, and master bathroom with double vanity, and a separate enclosed shower. The second bedroom has upscale furnishings with a king bed with beautiful custom bedding also with a private bathroom. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with two comfortable full beds. All the bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. Please come and refresh on a fabulous upscale beach getaway in this luxurious unit. You will receive your arrival information via email.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Majestic Sun

Property needed minor fixing. There was no broom or mop provided. Some rooms had mold in the corner of the windows. Outside outlet on the balcony did not work and some in other bedrooms did not work as well. Upon arrival to the property the room code did not work and we called customer service and the code was reset and we were able to gain access to the property. The next day we left and we had to to do the same thing again which was very frustrating.

Great location! Needs some TLC

We traveled with 2 other couples to attend a Topeka music festival, and this was the perfect walkable location between the venue and the beach. The complex is very nice, but this particular unit could just use a little love. The paint was pealing, furniture was worn and it was overall well used. The complex itself is very nice, and we appreciated the efficient elevators, and nice pool and hot tub area. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, toilet paper and blankets for this unit.

Bachelorette Trip

This condo is so spacious! We loved all of the rooms and bathrooms. It has close beach access, just across the street. The steps are steep going down to the beach so it presents a little challenge when you have a lot of beach stuff to bring with you…we had a wagon, but fortunately we had some nice men help us a few times. Our resort arm bands were on the counter in a basket but our parking passes weren’t. I communicated to the VRBO/host, but we never got the parking passes. She told us to write out our info on a piece of paper for the time being. As long as we didn’t get fined it was okay with me. Just some confusion in the beginning. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time! Thankful for all that this condo had to offer.

Tv’s are horrible!

The only tv that worked was the one in the living room! The bedroom with the two beds didn’t work at all! The Queen bedroom tv skipped channels and jumped / at one point it went black the master bedroom hdmi cord had shortage and my brother had to wiggle it several times! Do not rent this unit! I contacted the owner n he denied a discount or anything BLAH!

Majestic Sun 1001 March 2022

I originally gave this a 5 rating the day we arrived when Vacasa asked if it was clean….but then as we stayed there and looked around….The bathrooms were clean, the countertops were clean, the floor looked clean, until all our feet were black the first day. I vacuumed on day 2 due to the sand we brought in and over half the canister was filled with dirt, hair and dust. This property has not been maintained,period. The baseboards were filthy, the tile edges filthy. The master bath is in need of a major overhaul, there was rust on the edges and wall to the walk in shower. I have many, many pics to prove it. The silverware drawers were dirty, a great deal of the utensils and measuring cups were filthy, oily, etc. When we stripped our beds in the master suite prior to leaving, the mattress pad was full of long black hair- how do you just put a sheet over that for others? There is routine maintenance that needs to be performed at this property, paint goes a long way as well as updating. Our family rented 2 other condos in the complex and they were beautiful and clean. This is a corner condo and nice and bright and could be so much more if some effort and money was put into it. I looked back at the pictures on the Vacasa website and enlarged them to a point where one can see the issues, my bad.I have rented many, many properties through several companies over the years and was truly disappointed in this property. It is a great location, a corner unit, as I said, nice and bright, but desperately in need of attention. I would not recommend to others.

Beach getaway

We had a lovely time at the condo. Beautiful place! Plenty of space for 8 adults. We cooked dinner several times and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. Could use new pots and pans is all, but the condo had plenty to offer. All in all we loved the resort and especially the view every morning from the balcony. Being on the corner was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable As well. The property managers were on top of any questions we had as well and quick to help in any way. If you’re looking for a space condo right on the beach with a lot of space, this is it.

Majestic not so Majestic

Room has many outdate furnishings. If you like to cook on site the provided dishes and pots/pans are low quality. Grill access is not good. Don't bother talking with anyone who mans the desk because they will tell you to contact who you booked thru. Only one station to spray off (for this huge complex) after you leave the beach....one so be patient and wait. I'm still waiting on cleaning fee reimbursement. When we checked in, one bathroom smelled like urine. We had to keep door closed because it would stink up the bedroom that it was in.

Beautiful Apartment

Renting the property was easy. My husband and I got sick the day before our check in day. I purchased the insurance and could not get a response for changing the date. So instead of losing money, I went and stayed quarantined the whole week. My husband stayed home sick. Our children enjoyed the trip though. Just wasn't a family vacation as planned.

PLENTY OF ROOM AND WHAT A VIEW!

Because of construction noise in the condo we originally rented we had to search for a last minute replacement. We hit the jackpot! VaCasa took care of everything. We got the three bedrooms we needed to host our daughters and their families. The Majestic Sun location was excellent in every way. Lots of shopping is dangerously close by. The shore, the beach road and and the village in Sandestin were great places to walk. AND, the beautiful pool and hot tub set-up was great for the little ones on cold days especially. The condo was well furnished and being an end condo (1001) not only let us see beautiful sun-set views, but most mornings we could also see a sun-rise. The biggest challenge?? Not eating too much at the many great restaurants!

Great place

Lots of space, great ocean views from the tenth floor, and convenient to restaurants. Unfortunately Hurricane Sally came so we didn't get much beach time but that's no fault of our condo. This was a great place to stay.

Beautiful view

Loved the space and beautiful view , place was clean ! The only things we didn’t like were the washing machine and dryer being broken when we arrived there was a note on the dryer saying ticket already placed but no one ever came out to fix it I even called again about it . Having two small toddlers I needed both bad ! And the doors don’t have any kind of lock from the inside so my toddlers kept opening the door and could get out whenever .

This property suited our family’s needs perfectly! The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. Great location with a beautiful view! Our only complaint was the start knob on the dryer was broken.
