Mainsail 122 boasts a great location just steps to the beach and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding area from the spacious balcony. With a King-size bed in the main bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area, this unit sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The main bedroom features elegant hardwood floors and tasteful décor along with a large flatscreen television with cable. It leads into the gorgeous main bathroom which includes a large walk-in tiled shower, double vanity with granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. The coastal-themed guest bedroom features a flatscreen television with cable. There is a second bath near the guest bedroom that features a single vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The fully-equipped, capacious kitchen features a tile backsplash along with granite countertops and opens up into the dining and living area. Relax inside with updated furnishings and designer artwork. The living room includes plenty of seating, a large flatscreen HD television, and an audio system. Take advantage of free DVD rentals during your stay as well. For added convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination. Mainsail Condominium is the perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. On-site, enjoy the community outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), a kiddie pool and hot tub along with a fitness center and outdoor gas grills in the shaded picnic area. There are also tennis courts and shuffleboard courts, a game room and meeting facilities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
